【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展進步，人民生活水平的不斷提高，人們對移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量也有了越來越高的要求�，F(xiàn)在人們對運營商的服務(wù)不再僅僅是局限于可以通話，還要求通話質(zhì)量有所保證。尤其隨著運營商的數(shù)量的增多，競爭環(huán)境壓力的增大，就要求各大運營商保證自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)有更好的質(zhì)量。要保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的質(zhì)量，不能一味地擴建基站達到目的，而是要有良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化團隊和技術(shù)，對建設(shè)后的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進行維護和檢修，才能真正保證在最小的投入，得到最大的利益，同時還能保證用戶通話的感知度。對通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化不是一項簡單的事情，而是需要有大量的工程經(jīng)驗和項目經(jīng)驗，在大量具備優(yōu)化知識的基礎(chǔ)上，對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各項參數(shù)有所了解，才能真正的勝任一個優(yōu)化的工作。 為了提高錦州聯(lián)通的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信質(zhì)量，本文對錦州市的聯(lián)通GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化提出了KPI分析方法，并且實施了優(yōu)化方案，對這個網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了優(yōu)化，得到了很好的效果。本文首先詳細地介紹了課題的背景及意義，簡要地闡述了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化方法，即KPI分析方法，在第二章中重點介紹了GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的通信業(yè)務(wù)流程，對GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的業(yè)務(wù)流程有了深刻的了解，才能真正對其優(yōu)化有所掌握。因為優(yōu)化是一件復(fù)雜的工作，只有對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本知識了解了，才能真正將優(yōu)化做好。對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息的了解有時甚至還要包括基站的地理信息。在這一章中，還重點介紹了KPI分析方法，包括KPI分析方法的統(tǒng)計原理和分析思路，還給出了GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)中常用的KPI指標。本文中的第三部分介紹了錦州聯(lián)通GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)狀，包括位于白樓、北鎮(zhèn)二中、公安局、基建大修段及凌河新區(qū)5個縣區(qū)級的基站以及市區(qū)的基站，共6個基站的現(xiàn)狀，并給出了這些基站的GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)當前的KPI指標狀況。在作者路測和KPI分析工作的過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些現(xiàn)存網(wǎng)絡(luò)的問題。最后的部分，本文通過對錦州GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的KPI指標分析，并根據(jù)每個基站的具體現(xiàn)狀、問題，結(jié)合科學的方法，分析了KPI指標在實際無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化中的作用，通過對這6個基站的網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI指標的分析，提出了每個基站相應(yīng)的、符合實際的優(yōu)化方案，并通過實施這些提出來的優(yōu)化方案，最后通過檢測新的KPI指標，和原始的KPI指標進行對比分析，驗證了方案的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 在KPI分析的優(yōu)化的過程中，本文重點分析了通話信道的掉話率、信道的擁塞率、SDCCH擁塞率、網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率、小區(qū)之間的切換問題和干擾問題等指標，對這些指標進行了深入地研究和分析，提出了解決這些問題的方案和具體的處理問題的方法。本文通過對錦州GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)有基站的優(yōu)化問題的分析，得到最后結(jié)論，通過分析KPI指標，我們可以從現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)中全面地監(jiān)控當前無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行狀況，及時地發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存在異常問題的基站或者區(qū)域，從而快速地發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和最終有效地解決問題。這樣就能保證整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠安全、有效地為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的通信服務(wù)。最終，，能夠使得錦州地區(qū)的聯(lián)通用戶感到滿意，對提高該地區(qū)的客戶口碑和信譽度有良好的幫助。 最后，本文對論文工作提出了總結(jié)與展望，提出了今后工作中，KPI分析方法的工作重點，以及可以將其應(yīng)用到3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)中去。為錦州市聯(lián)通的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化工作提供可靠的依據(jù)。

The optimization of the communication network is not a simple matter, but a great deal of engineering experience and project experience are needed, on the basis of a great deal of optimization knowledge, the parameters of the network are known to be truly competent for an optimized work. In order to improve the network communication quality of Jinzhou Unicom, this paper put forward the KPI analysis method for the optimization of the communication GSM network in Jinzhou, and implemented the optimization scheme to optimize the network and get a good effect.
