錦州聯(lián)通GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化中的KPI分析

【摘要】:隨著科技的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,人民生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量也有了越來越高的要求,F(xiàn)在人們對(duì)運(yùn)營商的服務(wù)不再僅僅是局限于可以通話,還要求通話質(zhì)量有所保證。尤其隨著運(yùn)營商的數(shù)量的增多,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境壓力的增大,就要求各大運(yùn)營商保證自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)有更好的質(zhì)量。要保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的質(zhì)量,不能一味地?cái)U(kuò)建基站達(dá)到目的,而是要有良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)和技術(shù),對(duì)建設(shè)后的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)和檢修,才能真正保證在最小的投入,得到最大的利益,同時(shí)還能保證用戶通話的感知度。對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化不是一項(xiàng)簡(jiǎn)單的事情,而是需要有大量的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),在大量具備優(yōu)化知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)有所了解,才能真正的勝任一個(gè)優(yōu)化的工作。 為了提高錦州聯(lián)通的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信質(zhì)量,本文對(duì)錦州市的聯(lián)通GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化提出了KPI分析方法,并且實(shí)施了優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,得到了很好的效果。本文首先詳細(xì)地介紹了課題的背景及意義,簡(jiǎn)要地闡述了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化方法,即KPI分析方法,在第二章中重點(diǎn)介紹了GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的通信業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的業(yè)務(wù)流程有了深刻的了解,才能真正對(duì)其優(yōu)化有所掌握。因?yàn)閮?yōu)化是一件復(fù)雜的工作,只有對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本知識(shí)了解了,才能真正將優(yōu)化做好。對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息的了解有時(shí)甚至還要包括基站的地理信息。在這一章中,還重點(diǎn)介紹了KPI分析方法,包括KPI分析方法的統(tǒng)計(jì)原理和分析思路,還給出了GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)中常用的KPI指標(biāo)。本文中的第三部分介紹了錦州聯(lián)通GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)狀,包括位于白樓、北鎮(zhèn)二中、公安局、基建大修段及凌河新區(qū)5個(gè)縣區(qū)級(jí)的基站以及市區(qū)的基站,共6個(gè)基站的現(xiàn)狀,并給出了這些基站的GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)當(dāng)前的KPI指標(biāo)狀況。在作者路測(cè)和KPI分析工作的過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些現(xiàn)存網(wǎng)絡(luò)的問題。最后的部分,本文通過對(duì)錦州GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的KPI指標(biāo)分析,并根據(jù)每個(gè)基站的具體現(xiàn)狀、問題,結(jié)合科學(xué)的方法,分析了KPI指標(biāo)在實(shí)際無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化中的作用,通過對(duì)這6個(gè)基站的網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI指標(biāo)的分析,提出了每個(gè)基站相應(yīng)的、符合實(shí)際的優(yōu)化方案,并通過實(shí)施這些提出來的優(yōu)化方案,最后通過檢測(cè)新的KPI指標(biāo),和原始的KPI指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了方案的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 在KPI分析的優(yōu)化的過程中,本文重點(diǎn)分析了通話信道的掉話率、信道的擁塞率、SDCCH擁塞率、網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率、小區(qū)之間的切換問題和干擾問題等指標(biāo),對(duì)這些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了深入地研究和分析,提出了解決這些問題的方案和具體的處理問題的方法。本文通過對(duì)錦州GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)有基站的優(yōu)化問題的分析,得到最后結(jié)論,通過分析KPI指標(biāo),我們可以從現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)中全面地監(jiān)控當(dāng)前無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行狀況,及時(shí)地發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存在異常問題的基站或者區(qū)域,從而快速地發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和最終有效地解決問題。這樣就能保證整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠安全、有效地為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的通信服務(wù)。最終,,能夠使得錦州地區(qū)的聯(lián)通用戶感到滿意,對(duì)提高該地區(qū)的客戶口碑和信譽(yù)度有良好的幫助。 最后,本文對(duì)論文工作提出了總結(jié)與展望,提出了今后工作中,KPI分析方法的工作重點(diǎn),以及可以將其應(yīng)用到3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)中去。為錦州市聯(lián)通的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化工作提供可靠的依據(jù)。
