稀疏信號(hào)分解-分段擬合逼近及其無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)階比應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low order fuzzy fitting order and difficult solving of high order fitting frequency integral equation, a method of order ratio without tachometer based on sparse signal decomposition and piecewise fitting integral approximation is proposed. According to the sparse signal decomposition dynamic time support region of meshing frequency, the instantaneous switching frequency is segmented, and the low order polynomial fitting is carried out. The integral approximation method is used instead of solving the equation, and the equal angle resampling time is determined. The order analysis without tachometer is realized accurately. The results of simulation and actual signal test show that the instantaneous frequency segment based on the dynamic time support region of meshing frequency can not only guarantee the simple frequency change in each segment, but also make the segment minimum. Two order polynomials can fit accurately in each segment, which solves the problem that the whole fitting accuracy of single polynomial is not high, and the problem of lack of adaptability is solved. The solution of integral approximation is equal angle resampling time without the need to solve the equation, the problem that the equation has no solution and no real solution affects the order result is solved effectively. Based on sparse signal decomposition and piecewise fitting integral approximation, the method of order ratio of tachometer without tachometer provides a new and effective way for signal order analysis of variable speed process of rotating machinery without tachometer.
