星載高速高階QAM調(diào)制技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文首先介紹了課題研究的背景及意義,對(duì)高階調(diào)制在衛(wèi)星寬帶無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸應(yīng)用的意義進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。在簡(jiǎn)要介紹最常用的星載調(diào)制技術(shù)調(diào)制原理的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)8PSK、 16APSK、16QAM及32APSK調(diào)制原理及傳輸?shù)睦碚撨M(jìn)行了深入的對(duì)比研究,確定了以數(shù)字調(diào)制為核心的星載高階調(diào)制技術(shù)總體方案。隨后,以數(shù)字調(diào)制方案為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)ADS軟件進(jìn)行了高階調(diào)制解調(diào)的系統(tǒng)建模,主要以8PSK、16APSK、16QAM及32APSK調(diào)制器為主,結(jié)合衛(wèi)星通信中AWGN信道的特點(diǎn),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)中常見(jiàn)的的放大器非線性特性、調(diào)制的幅度不平衡特性、帶內(nèi)波動(dòng)特性和相位噪聲特性等幾個(gè)的主要的特性指標(biāo)對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的影響進(jìn)行了仿真和驗(yàn)證。本文對(duì)CCSDS提出的LDPC編碼特性進(jìn)行了仿真和分析,依據(jù)編碼特性提出該編碼的高速并行處理方法,并與8PSK、16APSK、16QAM及32APSK調(diào)制方式結(jié)合,搭建具備LDPC碼的仿真系統(tǒng),得出使用LDPC編碼后,高階調(diào)制系統(tǒng)的編碼增益特性,對(duì)LDPC+APSK特性和LDPC+QAM的特性進(jìn)行比對(duì),得出結(jié)合不同高階方式時(shí)系統(tǒng)通道特性的差異。結(jié)合無(wú)線信道的AWGN特性,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)建模,得出使用LDPC編碼后,高階調(diào)制傳輸系統(tǒng)中的放大器非線性特性、調(diào)制器的幅度不平衡特性、帶內(nèi)波動(dòng)特性和相位噪聲特性對(duì)傳輸效果的影響,為星載系統(tǒng)調(diào)制方式與編碼方式的結(jié)合方案供理論依據(jù)。最后,對(duì)實(shí)際電路即Ka頻段調(diào)制器的設(shè)計(jì)、組成和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,對(duì)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分解,并將實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì),得出方案的正確性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the background and significance of the research are introduced, and the significance of high-order modulation in satellite wideband wireless data transmission is explained. On the basis of a brief introduction of the modulation principle of the most commonly used spaceborne modulation technology, the modulation principle and transmission theory of 8PSK, 16APSKSK16QAM and 32APSK are compared. The overall scheme of spaceborne high order modulation with digital modulation as the core is determined. Then, based on the digital modulation scheme, the system modeling of high-order modulation and demodulation is carried out by ADS software. The system is mainly composed of 8PSK _ (16) APSKK _ (16QAM) and 32APSK modulator, combined with the characteristics of AWGN channel in satellite communication. The main characteristics of the system, such as the nonlinear characteristics of the amplifier, the amplitude imbalance of modulation, the in-band fluctuation and the phase noise, are simulated and verified. In this paper, the characteristics of LDPC coding proposed by CCSDS are simulated and analyzed. According to the coding characteristics, a high speed parallel processing method is proposed, and a simulation system with LDPC code is built by combining with 8PSKPK 16APSKK 16QAM and 32APSK modulation mode. The gain characteristics of high-order modulation system are obtained by using LDPC coding, and the characteristics of LDPC APSK and LDPC QAM are compared, and the differences of channel characteristics in combination with different high-order modes are obtained. Based on the AWGN characteristics of wireless channel and system modeling, the nonlinear characteristics of amplifier and amplitude imbalance of modulator in high-order modulation transmission system are obtained by using LDPC coding. The effect of in-band fluctuation and phase noise on the transmission effect provides a theoretical basis for the scheme of combining modulation mode and coding mode of spaceborne system. Finally, the design, composition and implementation method of the practical circuit, i.e., the Ka band modulator, are introduced in detail, the key indexes are decomposed, and the measured results are compared with the simulation results, and the correctness of the scheme is obtained.
