基于PTN技術(shù)的新鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)電力通信網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:由于電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的特殊性,近幾年電力通信網(wǎng)變得越來越重要,其智能化發(fā)展的要求也越來越高。目前,河南省電力通信網(wǎng)根據(jù)“十二五”規(guī)劃(2011至2015年)發(fā)展要求,為保障電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,緩解電力通信網(wǎng)傳輸壓力,擬定將通信網(wǎng)按分區(qū)傳輸?shù)姆绞竭M(jìn)行重新規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)。本文針對(duì)需求,,結(jié)合PTN理論及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)電力通信網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì),方案最終得以實(shí)施。 論文首先介紹了PTN技術(shù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)電力通信網(wǎng)承載的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分區(qū)與歸類;根據(jù)收集到的承載業(yè)務(wù)帶寬需求不同,編制出“各類業(yè)務(wù)通道配置表”;針對(duì)不同電壓等級(jí)的變電站,編制出“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變電站設(shè)備配置表”;依據(jù)各類業(yè)務(wù)通道表和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變電站設(shè)備配置表,參照地區(qū)帶寬測(cè)算模型,計(jì)算出2013年到2015年新鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)電力通信網(wǎng)發(fā)展的帶寬需求;依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)原則、應(yīng)用定位、構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)和組網(wǎng)模式分析進(jìn)行新鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)電力通信網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)該網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了以太網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)承載能力測(cè)試和網(wǎng)絡(luò)保護(hù)特性檢測(cè),驗(yàn)證了PTN各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合國(guó)際通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)構(gòu)的要求。PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)工程竣工后,已通過河南省信息通信公司的驗(yàn)收。目前,新鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)基建及設(shè)備聯(lián)調(diào)工作已經(jīng)完成,滿足了河南省電力通信網(wǎng)“十二五”規(guī)劃下的電力生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)承載、資源使用以及智能化發(fā)展等各方面的需求,PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,安全性高,可靠性好。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of power network development, power communication network has become more and more important in recent years, and the requirement of its intelligent development is becoming higher and higher. At present, in accordance with the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011 to 2015) for the development of the Henan electric power communication network, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid system and ease the transmission pressure of the electric power communication network, It is proposed that the communication network should be reprogrammed and designed according to the mode of regional transmission. Based on the PTN theory and its key technology, this paper plans and designs the Xinxiang electric power communication network, and finally implements the scheme. Firstly, the paper introduces the characteristics of PTN technology, investigates and statistics the service carried by Xinxiang electric power communication network, and classifies it, and compiles the configuration table of all kinds of service channels according to the different bandwidth requirements. The standard substation equipment configuration table is worked out for the substation with different voltage levels. According to all kinds of service channel table and standard substation equipment configuration table, the bandwidth demand of Xinxiang electric power communication network development from 2013 to 2015 is calculated according to the regional bandwidth calculation model. According to the design principle, the design of the electric power communication network in Xinxiang area is carried out by applying the positioning, frame design and network pattern analysis, and the carrying capacity of the Ethernet service and the network protection characteristic are tested. After the completion of the PTN network construction project, it has passed the acceptance of Henan Information and Communication Company. At present, the infrastructure and equipment connection of the PTN network system in Xinxiang area has been completed, which meets the demands of the Henan electric power communication network under the 12th Five-Year Plan for the carrying of electric power production business, the use of resources and the development of intelligence, etc. PTN network runs stably, has high security and good reliability.
