大維度MIMO和空間調制信號檢測算法研究

【摘要】:多輸入多輸出(MIMO)系統在不增加系統帶寬和發(fā)送信號功率的情況下,能夠獲得高頻譜效率和高傳輸可靠性。最近,隨著5G技術研究的深入,收發(fā)端配置幾十甚至上百根天線的大維度(Large-Dimension)MIMO(亦稱Large-MIMO)通信系統引起了廣泛關注。同時,頻率選擇性MIMO亦可等效成一個大維度MIMO系統?臻g調制是新近提出的一種多天線復用結構,它具有更高的發(fā)送端能量效率。大維度MIMO和空間調制都面臨的一個重要問題是如何設計高效的信號檢測算法。針對空間復用Large-MIMO,本文首先學習了動態(tài)禁忌搜索算法以及分層禁忌搜索算法。動態(tài)禁忌搜索算法和分層禁忌搜索算法分別在低階調制和高階調制場景下能夠獲得漸進最佳檢測性能,但也存在所需迭代次數大而導致的計算復雜度高的問題。因此,接下來,本文學習了格規(guī)約輔助線性檢測算法,該算法通過使信道傳輸矩陣更正交化以提高線性檢測的性能,相比動態(tài)禁忌搜索算法和分層禁忌搜索算法,具有更好的性能復雜度折中。針對頻率選擇性MIMO,本文首先學習了加循環(huán)前綴的頻率選擇性MIMO系統的動態(tài)禁忌搜索算法。然后研究了采用補零的頻率選擇性MIMO信號檢測算法。具體的,提出了雙向判決檢測、M算法以及基于因子圖的高斯近似檢測等算法。針對空間調制,本文首先提出了一種改進的空間調制檢測算法,該算法對已有的排序分塊最小均方誤差算法的可靠度度量計算進行修改,使其在正交幅度調制下具有更好的檢測性能。另外,針對一種稱為廣義空時移位鍵控的空間調制結構,提出了兩種低復雜度檢測算法:排序的連續(xù)球形譯碼和圖樣約束序貫蒙特卡羅方法。
[Abstract]:Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems can achieve high spectral efficiency and high transmission reliability without increasing system bandwidth and transmitting signal power. Recently, with the in-depth study of 5G technology, the large-dimension MIMO (Large-Dimension) MIMO (also called Large-MIMO) communication system of hundreds or even hundreds of antennas has attracted wide attention. Meanwhile, frequency selective MIMO can also be equivalent to a large-dimension MIMO system. spatial modulation is a newly proposed multi-antenna multiplexing structure with higher transmission end energy efficiency. An important problem in large-dimension MIMO and spatial modulation is how to design efficient signal detection algorithm. For spatial multiplexing Large-MIMO, this paper firstly studies the dynamic tabu search algorithm and the hierarchical tabu search algorithm. The dynamic tabu search algorithm and the hierarchical tabu search algorithm can obtain the progressive best detection performance under low-order modulation and high-order modulation scenarios, but also have the problems of high computational complexity due to the large number of iterations needed. Therefore, this paper studies the auxiliary linear detection algorithm of lattice protocol, which improves the performance of linear detection by orthogonalizing the channel transmission matrix, compared with the dynamic tabu search algorithm and the hierarchical tabu search algorithm, and has a better compromise of performance complexity. For frequency selective MIMO, this paper firstly studies the dynamic tabu search algorithm of frequency selective MIMO system with cyclic prefix. Then a frequency selective MIMO (MIMO) signal detection algorithm is studied. In particular, two-way decision detection, M-algorithm and Gaussian approximation algorithm based on factor graph are proposed. In view of spatial modulation, this paper firstly proposes an improved spatial modulation detection algorithm, which modifies the reliability metric calculation of the existing sequencing block minimum mean square error algorithm so as to have better detection performance under orthogonal amplitude modulation. In addition, for a spatial modulation structure called generalized null shift keying, two low complexity detection algorithms are proposed: sequential spherical decoding and pattern constrained sequential Monte Carlo method.
