光纖儲(chǔ)頻技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:模擬儲(chǔ)頻技術(shù)可以通過(guò)模擬器件將輸入的雷達(dá)信號(hào)完整地保存下來(lái),并能夠?qū)ζ渲貥?gòu)及調(diào)制轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。模擬儲(chǔ)頻設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,且瞬時(shí)帶寬較大,是某些對(duì)抗設(shè)備的重要組成部分。光纖延遲線憑借其優(yōu)良特性,正被廣泛應(yīng)用于模擬儲(chǔ)頻設(shè)備中,光纖儲(chǔ)頻技術(shù)得到迅速發(fā)展。本文在模擬儲(chǔ)頻技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了光纖儲(chǔ)頻原理,提出了前饋式及反饋式光纖儲(chǔ)頻裝置的構(gòu)成及技術(shù)指標(biāo),并比較幾種信號(hào)的儲(chǔ)存方式,研究了準(zhǔn)示樣儲(chǔ)頻方式對(duì)信號(hào)的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)多模光纖帶寬和衰減及多模耦合器性能的分析,得到了光纖儲(chǔ)頻技術(shù)處理多信號(hào)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。此外本文還討論了光纖儲(chǔ)頻裝置相位噪聲對(duì)儲(chǔ)頻信號(hào)的影響,完成了對(duì)相位噪聲的測(cè)量,并通過(guò)完善光纖儲(chǔ)頻裝置來(lái)抑制系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的相位噪聲。
[Abstract]:Analog frequency storage technology can save the input radar signal completely by analog devices, and can reconstruct and modulate and forward it. Analog frequency storage equipment is an important part of some countermeasures because of its simple structure and large instantaneous bandwidth. Optical fiber delay line is widely used in analog frequency storage equipment because of its excellent characteristics. Fiber optic frequency storage technology has been developed rapidly. On the basis of analog frequency storage technology, the principle of optical fiber frequency storage is analyzed in detail. The constitution and technical specifications of feedforward and feedback fiber frequency storage devices are put forward, and several signal storage modes are compared. The effect of quasi-sample frequency storage on the signal is studied. Based on the analysis of the bandwidth and attenuation of multimode fiber and the performance of multimode coupler, the system structure of multi-signal processing using optical fiber frequency storage technology is obtained. In addition, the influence of the phase noise of the fiber optic frequency storage device on the frequency storage signal is discussed, the phase noise is measured, and the phase noise in the system is suppressed by perfecting the optical fiber frequency storage device.
