智能視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在鐵路中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has vigorously developed the construction of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line. In these passenger dedicated railways, intelligent video surveillance system is used to ensure the safe production of railway transportation. However, we also see that the application of video surveillance system in the railway is mainly focused on the passenger dedicated railway, and the function, performance and application mode of the system. The limitation of application scope is more and more obvious in meeting the demand of railway traffic security. At the same time, there is not only a large demand for video surveillance system in high grade passenger dedicated railway, but also a strong demand for the overall monitoring of existing railway lines. In recent years, with the continuous growth of network bandwidth, the development of computer technology, the improvement of image processing technology, video surveillance technology also has a considerable development, video surveillance applications more and more widely infiltrated into security, education, entertainment, Medical and other fields. In the course of more than 20 years' development, the video surveillance system has experienced three stages, from the first generation analog system (VCR), to the second generation partial digital system (DVR), to the third generation complete digital network system. Correspondingly, the development of video surveillance technology has gone through three different stages: analog monitoring technology, digital monitoring technology and network monitoring technology. The intelligent video surveillance system of railway directly serves the railway passenger and cargo transportation production, the railway department, the railway bureau, the customer specialized company each level user may choose according to the need the real-time call or the playback each collection spot video image, is the transportation safety important monitoring means. With the rapid construction of passenger dedicated lines, the maintenance of intelligent video surveillance system has become increasingly important, according to the requirements of the maintenance and management of the Ministry of Railways, According to the actual situation in the tube, each bureau separately formulates the maintenance and management mode of the intelligent video surveillance system in the pipe, delimits the maintenance management interface, and formulates various contingency plans for emergency disposal. Although video surveillance technology has been born for a long time, whether from the point of view of video content processing, transmission platform or from the perspective of application comprehensiveness, it is far from mature and has a lot of room for development. The development of video surveillance technology depends on the development of video processing technology (including video coding and decoding technology, pattern recognition technology, video retrieval technology, etc.), basic network technology and related information integration technology. Closely tracking the development of these basic technologies and their applications is the fundamental way to grasp the development trend of video surveillance technology. This paper describes the application and development of intelligent video surveillance in railway industry in detail, describes the function, performance, system structure of railway intelligent video surveillance system, and combines the progress of key technologies related to video surveillance at present. The development direction of railway video surveillance system technology and application in the future is expounded.
