基于小波變換的新閾值法心電信號(hào)去噪的研究

【摘要】:心電信號(hào)反映人體的健康狀況,在采集過(guò)程中容易受到高頻、低頻等多種干擾,而傳統(tǒng)小波去噪方法的效果不是很理想。提出一種基于離散小波變換的新閾值法,與傳統(tǒng)的硬、軟閾值法比較,該方法在一定程度上有效地抑制各種噪聲,能夠更好地保持心電信號(hào)的特征和波形幅度。并用MIT-BIH數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)提出的新閾值法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明所提出的算法與傳統(tǒng)小波閾值法相比,能更好地保持心電信號(hào)的幾何特征,具有更高的信噪比,取得良好的去噪效果。
[Abstract]:ECG signals reflect the health of the human body and are easily affected by many kinds of interference such as high frequency and low frequency in the process of collection, but the effect of traditional wavelet denoising method is not very good. A new threshold method based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is proposed. Compared with the traditional hard and soft threshold method, this method can effectively suppress all kinds of noise, and can better maintain the characteristics and waveform amplitude of ECG signal. The new threshold method is validated by MIT-BIH database. Experimental results show that compared with traditional wavelet threshold method, the proposed algorithm can better preserve the geometric characteristics of ECG signals, have higher signal-to-noise ratio, and achieve a good denoising effect.
