【摘要】：隨著移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷建設(shè)，對(duì)各種工程物資的管理對(duì)于移動(dòng)公司來(lái)說(shuō)變得尤為重要，傳統(tǒng)依靠人工書(shū)寫(xiě)單據(jù)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)公司現(xiàn)有的工程建設(shè)規(guī)模和需求了。因而公司決定建設(shè)一套結(jié)合了無(wú)線射頻技術(shù)（RFID）和無(wú)線局域網(wǎng)（WLAN）網(wǎng)絡(luò)的智能倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理信息系統(tǒng)以改善上述倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理的問(wèn)題。RFID技術(shù)減少了人工錯(cuò)誤，而WLAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)母咝院头�(wěn)定性，二者的結(jié)合使系統(tǒng)更具實(shí)用性。 本課題在分析唐山移動(dòng)公司倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理需求的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中所使用的RFID技術(shù)、WLAN和其他各相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,提出了結(jié)合WLAN和RFID技術(shù)在倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理應(yīng)用的必要性；然后設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于RFID和WLAN的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)，業(yè)務(wù)流程模塊包括入庫(kù)管理、出庫(kù)管理、盤(pán)庫(kù)管理、設(shè)備定位管理、設(shè)備物品庫(kù)存警報(bào)提示、工作流管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、系統(tǒng)管理等功能，并繪制了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了公司的管理流程，，提升了管理水平。 目前智能倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)已被成功應(yīng)用到了唐山移動(dòng)的倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理業(yè)務(wù)中,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the continuous construction of mobile networks, the management of various engineering materials has become particularly important for mobile companies. The traditional warehouse management model which relies on manual documents can no longer meet the existing engineering construction scale and demand. As a result, the company decided to build an intelligent warehouse management information system that combines the wireless radio frequency technology (RFID) with the wireless LAN (WLAN) network in order to improve the above warehouse management problems. WLAN network has high efficiency and stability of data transmission, and the combination of the two makes the system more practical. Based on the analysis of warehouse management requirements of Tangshan Mobile Company, the intelligent warehouse management system is designed and implemented. This paper first introduces the RFID technology and other related technologies used in the implementation of the system, and puts forward the necessity of applying WLAN and RFID technology in warehouse management, and then designs and implements the warehouse management system based on RFID and WLAN. The business process module includes the functions of storehouse management, outbound management, disk library management, equipment location management, equipment inventory warning, workflow management, statistical analysis, system management and so on, and draws the revamped business flow chart. Further optimize the company's management process, improve the management level. At present, the intelligent warehouse management system has been successfully applied to the warehouse management business of Tangshan Mobile.
