移動視頻監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及應用系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile terminal technology and communication technology, mobile video has entered a new stage of development. The corresponding technologies such as mobile streaming media, video compression and information flow, bandwidth adaptive transmission, etc. However, there are still many problems in practical application. Although video stream transmission and image quality have been improved, they are still unsatisfactory: in video surveillance business, with the development of mobile intelligent terminal, In the aspect of video storage, with the increasing scale of video data, the requirement of storage and management of video resources is higher. This paper discusses and analyzes the key technology of mobile video surveillance, and applies it to the design of mobile video surveillance system. The research and application demonstration of the field quality control perception system of environmental monitoring undertaken by the laboratory and the research of information interactive service system based on IOS,Android platform in Jiangsu Province are mostly reflected in the research of "Information Interactive Service system based on IOS,Android platform", which is a sub-topic of the Application demonstration Project of the Internet of things in Jiangsu Province. This paper describes the research status and application scenarios of mobile video surveillance and related technologies at home and abroad, and analyzes and discusses the H.264 codec NI0 transmission, location services, cloud storage and video stream migration technologies and their application methods in detail. The structure of mobile video monitoring system is presented. The system includes three subsystems: mobile video acquisition terminal, cloud storage server and video resource release. For real-time video acquisition and transmission, the mobile video QoS mechanism is developed based on the Android platform, which ensures the smooth video transmission and video quality, and improves the scalability of the system by combining the location service. It overcomes the shortcomings of the original monitoring system, such as fixed monitoring area, inconvenient command and dispatch, and poor ability of real-time decision analysis. For the server, the cloud storage technology is adopted, and the general PC cluster is used to build the cloud storage server, which solves the problem of large amount of video data and extensible storage space. A multi-factor weighted node scheduling algorithm and a video migration algorithm are presented to ensure the reliability of the data and improve the good service. For the release of video resources, the implementation process of video stream playback, historical video viewing and basic resource management is described in detail. The contribution of this paper lies in: (1) the QoS mechanism of mobile video transmission is proposed. Under the limitation of limited transmission bandwidth and vulnerable to interference in wireless network, the fluency of video transmission and the quality of video are effectively guaranteed. It enriches the service of video surveillance, simplifies the work of finishing and analyzing in the later period, and enhances its expansibility. 3) the mobile video surveillance application system is designed and implemented. The cloud storage technology is adopted to improve the stability of the system. (4) A video stream migration algorithm is proposed to realize the seamless connection of video transmission, which plays an important role in maintaining the stability of video data transmission.
