基于Android智能手機(jī)的心音身份識(shí)別系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著信息科技的飛速發(fā)展,個(gè)人信息的安全性對(duì)于人類越來越重要,傳統(tǒng)身份識(shí)別技術(shù)已經(jīng)不能滿足人類對(duì)于高安全性身份識(shí)別的要求。生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)(BiometricsIdentificationTechnology)作為一種利用人體的行為特征、生理特征來進(jìn)行身份辨別的技術(shù)具有更高的安全度與可靠度,已逐漸成為國際研究的熱點(diǎn),并逐漸在不同的領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。常見的生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)主要有:虹膜識(shí)別、指紋識(shí)別、視網(wǎng)膜識(shí)別、語音識(shí)別、人臉識(shí)別以及DNA識(shí)別等。這些身份識(shí)別技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中雖然取得了成功,但是也面臨著一些安全性挑戰(zhàn),探索新的生物特征識(shí)別方法是生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)未來發(fā)展方向之一。 本文將來自于人體內(nèi)部的心音信號(hào)用于身份識(shí)別,開發(fā)了基于Android智能手機(jī)的心音身份識(shí)別系統(tǒng)。在心音信號(hào)的特征提取、模式匹配等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了心音信號(hào)的硬件采集設(shè)備,并在Android智能手機(jī)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的心音身份識(shí)別應(yīng)用軟件。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)研究了心音身份識(shí)別的原理,回顧了心音身份識(shí)別技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。并介紹了Android系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用組件以及開發(fā)環(huán)境的構(gòu)建。 (2)開發(fā)了心音信號(hào)采集的硬件平臺(tái),,主要包括心音傳感器、濾波電路、dsPIC主控制電路、增益控制電路、HC-06藍(lán)牙傳輸電路以及NFC標(biāo)簽等。通過自制心音采集頭采集心音,通過濾波電路預(yù)處理心音,經(jīng)過dsPIC主控制電路的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后,利用NFC標(biāo)簽,通過藍(lán)牙模塊完成無線傳輸。NFC標(biāo)簽的主要作用是簡化藍(lán)牙配對(duì)的過程,快速建立Android智能手機(jī)與心音采集硬件電路的藍(lán)牙連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶的便捷操作。 (3)提出了基于MFCC和改進(jìn)VQ的身份識(shí)別算法。首先提出了基于高階香農(nóng)熵的心音分段預(yù)處理算法,在分段的基礎(chǔ)上提取心音的MFCC特征參數(shù);研究了利用VQ模型訓(xùn)練心音碼本的原理,給出了利用LBG算法生成碼本的方法,最后通過基于方差和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的加權(quán)失真測度的VQ模型實(shí)現(xiàn)了個(gè)體身份識(shí)別。 (4)基于Android操作系統(tǒng)開發(fā)了心音身份識(shí)別應(yīng)用程序,由藍(lán)牙連接、用戶注冊、用戶辨識(shí)以及系統(tǒng)管理4個(gè)功能模塊組成的。在藍(lán)牙連接模塊,使用NFC技術(shù)簡化藍(lán)牙連接的方式。用戶注冊模塊,進(jìn)行用戶基本信息的登記、采集與保存心音信號(hào)、心音MFCC特征提取以及基于LBG算法的碼本生成。在用戶辨識(shí)模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)身份的辨識(shí)。系統(tǒng)管理功能模塊的主要功能是注冊用戶信息的管理。本文提供了一種基于Android的心音身份識(shí)別系統(tǒng),為生物特征識(shí)別領(lǐng)域提供了一種安 全可靠便攜的身份識(shí)別新裝備。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the security of personal information is becoming more and more important to human beings. Biometric identification technology (BiometricsIdentificationTechnology), as a technology for identity identification based on human behavior and physiological characteristics, has become a hot topic in international research, because of its higher safety and reliability. And gradually playing a pivotal role in different fields. Common biometric recognition techniques include iris recognition, fingerprint recognition, retinal recognition, speech recognition, face recognition and DNA recognition. Although these technologies have been successful in practical application, they also face some security challenges. Exploring new biometric recognition methods is one of the future development directions of biometric recognition technology. In this paper, a heart sound recognition system based on Android smart phone is developed. On the basis of the research on the key technologies of heart sound signal extraction and pattern matching, the hardware acquisition equipment of heart sound signal is designed, and the corresponding application software of heart sound identity recognition is implemented in Android smart phone. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the principle of heart sound identity recognition is studied, and the research status of heart sound identity recognition technology at home and abroad is reviewed. The architecture, characteristics, application components and development environment of Android system are introduced. (2) the hardware platform of heart sound signal acquisition is developed, which mainly includes heart sound sensor, filter circuit and dsPIC main control circuit. Gain control circuit HC- 06 Bluetooth transmission circuit and NFC label. The heart sound is collected by self-made heart sound acquisition head, the heart sound is preprocessed by filter circuit, after A- / D conversion of dsPIC main control circuit, the main function of wireless transmission. NFC tag is to simplify the process of Bluetooth pairing by using NFC tag and Bluetooth module. The Bluetooth connection between the Android smart phone and the heart sound acquisition hardware circuit is established quickly, and the user's convenient operation is realized. (3) the identification algorithm based on MFCC and improved VQ is proposed. Firstly, a preprocessing algorithm of heart sound segmentation based on high order Shannon entropy is proposed to extract the MFCC characteristic parameters of heart sound on the basis of segmentation, and the principle of training heart sound codebook with VQ model is studied, and the method of generating heart sound codebook using LBG algorithm is given. Finally, the VQ model based on variance and standard deviation is used to realize individual identity recognition. (4) based on Android operating system, a heart sound identification application is developed, which is connected by Bluetooth and registered by users. User identification and system management are composed of four functional modules. In Bluetooth connection module, NFC technology is used to simplify Bluetooth connection mode. In the user registration module, the basic information of the user is registered, the heart sound signal is collected and saved, the heart sound MFCC feature is extracted and the codebook is generated based on the LBG algorithm. In the user identification module, identity identification is realized. The main function of the system management module is the management of registered user information. A heart sound identification system based on Android is proposed in this paper.
