【摘要】：目前3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)遍布世界各地。3G能夠提供更高的信息傳輸速率,可以提供無線電話、手機(jī)音樂、可視電話等業(yè)務(wù)。WCDMA是3G最重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,擁有數(shù)量龐大的商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和手機(jī)用戶。2009年1月7日,工業(yè)和信息化部為中國移動(dòng)、中國電信和中國聯(lián)通發(fā)放了3張第三代移動(dòng)通信(3G)牌照,標(biāo)志著我國正式進(jìn)入3G時(shí)代,其中中國聯(lián)通獲得WCDMA牌照,中國移動(dòng)和中國電信分別獲得TD-SCDMA和CDMA2000牌照。中國聯(lián)通在全國范圍內(nèi)部署WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò),特別在重點(diǎn)城市直接部署HSPA網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此,WCDMA和HSPA無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的研究具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要研究了湖北荊州市聯(lián)通WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)和設(shè)計(jì)方法。主要內(nèi)容是包括以下幾個(gè)方面：1.深入學(xué)習(xí)WCDMA/HSPA+理論知識(shí)。明確WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的基本原則和流程。2.針對(duì)荊州市郊區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、用戶需求、用戶投訴、弱覆蓋區(qū)域以及資金金額,采用無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出最優(yōu)建網(wǎng)方案及目標(biāo)。3.掌握WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的方法。規(guī)劃時(shí)需要對(duì)傳播模型進(jìn)行校正,計(jì)算網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋半徑,預(yù)算覆蓋地區(qū)的容量,從而設(shè)計(jì)出滿足用戶業(yè)務(wù)需求、符合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況的規(guī)劃方案。4.文中使用Monte-Carlo軟件進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真,驗(yàn)證了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性,保證聯(lián)通公司高質(zhì)量、低成本、有競爭力地運(yùn)營3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:At present, 3G network has spread all over the world. 3G can provide higher information transmission rate. It can provide wireless telephone, mobile phone music, videophone and other services. WCDMA is one of the most important standards of 3G. On January 7, 2009, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued three 3G licenses for China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, marking China's entry into the 3G era. China Unicom was granted a WCDMA licence, while China Mobile and China Telecom received TD-SCDMA and CDMA2000 licences, respectively. China Unicom deploys WCDMA networks nationwide, especially HSPA networks in key cities. Therefore, the study of WCDMA and HSPA wireless network planning is of great practical significance. This paper mainly studies the construction and design method of WCDMA network of Hubei Jingzhou Unicom. The main content is to include the following aspects: 1. Learn WCDMA/HSPA theory deeply. Make clear the basic principle and flow of WCDMA network planning. Aiming at the business demand, user complaint, weak coverage area and fund amount of Jingzhou suburb, the wireless network planning and design method is adopted to put forward the optimal network construction scheme and target. Master the method of WCDMA network planning. It is necessary to correct the propagation model, calculate the radius of network coverage, and calculate the capacity of the area covered by the budget, so as to design a plan that meets the needs of the users and conforms to the local actual situation. In this paper, the Monte-Carlo software is used for network simulation, which verifies the feasibility of the planning and design scheme, and ensures Unicom to operate 3G network with high quality, low cost and competitive ability.
