基于VME總線的高速信號處理模塊測試技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為解決某型號炮位偵察校射雷達(dá)中高速信號處理模塊的測試,文中設(shè)計(jì)了基于VME總線的高速數(shù)字電路自動(dòng)測試系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)能模擬雷達(dá)工作環(huán)境,利用VME測試模塊提供測試所需的光口、RapidIO等信號,測試結(jié)果通過VME主控器網(wǎng)口上報(bào)給系統(tǒng)管理平臺(tái);該系統(tǒng)成功應(yīng)用于某型雷達(dá)高速信號處理模塊的測試,可完成VME總線接口的測試;3路RapidIO信號的測試,Rapid IO信號傳輸速率為3.125Gbps;4路光纖通道的測試,光纖通道波特率為2Gbps;研究及實(shí)測結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)可解決基于VME總線的高速信號處理模塊的測試。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the test of high-speed signal processing module in a certain type of muzzle reconnaissance and calibration radar, a high-speed digital circuit automatic test system based on VME bus is designed in this paper. The system can simulate the working environment of radar. The VME test module is used to provide the signal needed for the test, and the test results are reported to the system management platform through the VME main controller network interface, and the system is successfully applied to the test of a certain radar high-speed signal processing module. The VME bus interface can be tested for 3 channels of RapidIO signal. The transmission rate of Rapid IO signal is 3.125 GbpsPS-4 channel. The baud rate of the fiber channel is 2Gbps.The experimental results show that the system can solve the test of the high-speed signal processing module based on VME bus.
