【摘要】：通信工程建設(shè)中引入綠色成本管理,在我國(guó)尚處于起步階段,人們對(duì)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理方法,成本管理,成本控制等都尚處于探索和實(shí)踐階段。本論文針對(duì)基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理方法進(jìn)行探討。運(yùn)用了相關(guān)研究方法對(duì)本項(xiàng)目作了研究：一是通過(guò)對(duì)于基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成本控制,將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分解來(lái)綜合研究,尋求管理方法的形態(tài)創(chuàng)新。二是運(yùn)用相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù),費(fèi)用偏差分析方法,節(jié)能關(guān)鍵技術(shù)以及站點(diǎn)應(yīng)用等方面對(duì)運(yùn)用新型管理方法后的基站,如何給電信產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)資源節(jié)約優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行探討,尋求基站節(jié)能降耗的有效途徑；三是結(jié)合通信基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理,運(yùn)用成本控制的核算從不同層面探討基站建設(shè)中綠色成本管理在通信建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的具體作用以及意義；論文以上海移動(dòng)通信建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中基站建設(shè)作為實(shí)際案例,從微觀層面對(duì)管理對(duì)于通信基站建設(shè)以及通信事業(yè)的發(fā)展作實(shí)證研究,并進(jìn)而得出可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)以上幾個(gè)方面的研究和案例探討,本論文得出如下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論與展望：一是將成本管理引入到基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理中,通過(guò)對(duì)基站建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目理論的研究與浦東分公司基站接入工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的實(shí)證分析,初步構(gòu)建起基站工程項(xiàng)目的成本管理體系,對(duì)于特定工程項(xiàng)目的成本管理研究具有借鑒意義。二是建立基站建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目專家?guī)旌凸こ添?xiàng)目管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的可行性研究,使得通信工程項(xiàng)目,包括基站項(xiàng)目,其成本分析和成本控制更具有科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:The introduction of Green Cost Management in the construction of communication engineering is still in the initial stage in our country. The management methods, cost management and cost control of the construction project of the construction project are still in the stage of exploration and practice. This paper discusses the management method of the project of the base station construction project. The project is studied: first, through the cost control of the base station construction project, the project is decomposed to comprehensive research, and the form innovation of management method is sought. Two is how to use the related technical parameters, the cost deviation analysis method, the key technology of energy saving and the application of the site to the base station after the application of the new management method. The telecom industry brings the advantage of resource saving to explore the effective way to save energy and reduce the consumption of the base station; three is to combine the project management of the construction project of the communication base station, and use the cost control accounting to discuss the specific role and significance of the green cost management in the construction project of the base station from different levels. The paper is based on the movement of Shanghai. The construction of base station in the communication construction project is a practical case. From the micro level, it makes an empirical study on the construction of communication base station and the development of communication cause, and then draws the experience that can be used for reference. Through the research and case study of the above several aspects, this paper draws the following conclusions and prospects: first, the cost management is introduced. In the management of the construction project of the base station, through the research on the construction project theory of the base station and the empirical analysis of the cost management of the base station access project in Pudong branch, the cost management system of the base station project is preliminarily constructed, which is of reference for the research of the cost management of the specific project. Two is to establish the base station construction. The feasibility study of the engineering project expert database and the project management database makes the communication engineering projects, including the base station project, its cost analysis and cost control are more scientific.
