大鼠腦缺血不同時期軀體感覺誘發(fā)電位的研究

【摘要】:腦電信號(EEG)具有較高的時間分辨率、可觀測腦內(nèi)活動的動態(tài)變化、完全無損檢測等優(yōu)點,常用于對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的診斷,本研究探討腦缺血后軀體感覺誘發(fā)電位(SEP)變化及大腦皮層的功能恢復(fù)。利用線栓法建模成功的25只SD雄性大鼠分為5組,分別為正常對照組和左側(cè)中動脈缺血術(shù)后4、24、48 h和1周4個實驗組。采用SEP記錄法,在術(shù)后不同時間段電刺激大鼠的右前爪正中神經(jīng)支配區(qū),記錄對照組和實驗組左側(cè)皮層腦電信號,提取SEP,并對安靜狀態(tài)下的腦電進行頻譜分析,定量評價左側(cè)中動脈缺血后初級體感皮層SEP及功率譜變化過程。實驗結(jié)果顯示,術(shù)后4 h,SD大鼠左側(cè)大腦皮層測得的SEP潛伏期較正常狀態(tài)顯著增大((16.0±1.1)ms vs(33.7±1.3)ms,P0.01),波幅變小((197.2±13.0)μV vs(25.1±2.0)μV,P0.01),θ波、α波、β波、γ波的能量明顯變小。θ波:(139 367.86±178.66)μV2vs(2.22±0.40)μV2,P0.01;α波:(5389.33±25.55)μV2vs(0.23±0.01)μV2,P0.01;β波:(79.11±4.16)μV2vs(0.01±0.01)μV2,P0.01;γ波:(0.30±0.12)μV2vs(0.00±0.00)μV2,P0.01。隨著術(shù)后時間的延長,上述特征與對照組的差距逐漸縮小,但還不能達到正常狀態(tài)的水平。研究提示,SEP可在一定程度上反映腦缺血大鼠大腦皮層功能的變化。
[Abstract]:EEG (EEG) has the advantages of high time resolution, dynamic changes of brain activity, complete nondestructive detection and so on. It is often used in the diagnosis of nervous system diseases. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and cortical function after cerebral ischemia. A total of 25 SD male rats were divided into 5 groups: normal control group and 4 experimental groups at 48 h and 1 week after left middle artery ischemia. The right forepaw median nerve innervation was stimulated at different times after operation by SEP recording method. The left cortex EEG signals of the control group and the experimental group were recorded, and the electroencephalogram (EEG) was extracted from the left cortex of the control group and the experimental group. The electroencephalogram (EEG) in the quiet state was analyzed by spectrum analysis.
