[Abstract]:In 1843, American physicist Alexander. Beth invented the fax according to the pendulum principle. Facsimile communication is a communication method which uses scanning and photoelectric transformation technology to transmit text, image, photograph and other static images to the receiving end via wired or wireless channel, and to redisplay the original still image in the form of recording at the receiving end. In the past 71 years, the fax machine has been widely used as a communication device, and has also played an important role in office automation system and electronic postal system. However, with the increasingly high requirements of information technology, fax machines are also facing many problems, such as: file format support is not high, a single file scanning has been completely unable to meet the various formats of office documents; Fax service is completely dependent on hardware devices and greatly affected by geographical location, so the working mode is tedious and slow, and it can only transfer files from point to point. Faced with so many disadvantages, we need to make full use of network resources and develop multi-support and efficient software application system to improve our fax service. The main research object of this paper is network facsimile technology. Combining fax technology with microcomputer, using computer technology to increase facsimile functions in information collection, storage, processing, exchange, etc., to make fax faster, more convenient, cheaper and faster to transfer. Transform science and technology into productive forces and change social life. In this paper, we use the idea of software engineering and the object-oriented method. The whole system framework adopts the popular SSH (Struts Spring hibernate) framework, and the interface service is constructed by Web service. The underlying database adopts SQL Server 2005 database. Two open source frameworks (Open Office Framework PDF) are used to realize the conversion function of fax files. For fax file transmission, IP protocol is used to transmit the fax files. Through a large number of data research and rigorous system design, the system basically achieved the expectation, the network fax system can support the fax transmission of various format files, at the same time, the system security is related to the system function through the role. User session control, file encryption, transmission encryption and other methods are strictly controlled and provide a strong support for the application of open source framework in the technical aspects.
