丟包環(huán)境中H.264視頻編碼的快速模式判決

【摘要】:目的視頻編碼中傳統(tǒng)的快速模式判決算法通;趯(duì)視頻源特性的分析,但如果考慮到信道傳輸中的差錯(cuò),編碼模式的率失真特性就會(huì)隨之改變,快速模式判決算法的性能也會(huì)隨之下降,需要考慮丟包環(huán)境對(duì)快速模式判決算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。方法為了解決這一問題,首先分析了丟包環(huán)境下各種編碼模式的端到端率失真特性,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一個(gè)分層結(jié)構(gòu)的快速模式判決算法。通過快速估計(jì)出丟包環(huán)境下skip和intra模式的編碼率失真代價(jià),進(jìn)而將模式判決的路徑劃分為non-intra和non-skip。結(jié)果將本文算法與基于遍歷算法的容錯(cuò)視頻編碼算法進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),本文算法平均可以降低50%左右的編碼時(shí)間,同時(shí)幾乎不會(huì)降低率失真性能。結(jié)論實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在對(duì)丟包環(huán)境下端到端率失真代價(jià)進(jìn)行估計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,所提出的分層結(jié)構(gòu)快速模式判決的算法,可以在保證解碼端圖像質(zhì)量的同時(shí),顯著節(jié)省編碼時(shí)間,滿足實(shí)時(shí)視頻通信中對(duì)低復(fù)雜度和魯棒性的要求。
[Abstract]:The traditional fast mode decision algorithm in video coding is usually based on the analysis of the characteristics of the video source, but if the errors in the channel transmission are taken into account, the rate-distortion characteristic of the coding mode will change. The performance of the fast pattern decision algorithm will also decline, so it is necessary to optimize the fast pattern decision algorithm considering the packet loss environment. Methods in order to solve this problem, the end-to-end rate-distortion characteristics of various coding modes in packet loss environment are analyzed, and a hierarchical fast pattern decision algorithm is proposed. The coding rate-distortion cost of skip and intra modes in packet loss environment is estimated quickly, and the path of pattern decision is divided into non-intra and non-skipp. Results compared with the ergodic algorithm, the proposed algorithm can reduce the coding time by about 50% on average, and the performance of rate-distortion can hardly be reduced. Conclusion the experimental results show that on the basis of estimating the cost of end-to-end rate-distortion in packet loss environment, the proposed fast pattern decision algorithm with hierarchical structure can significantly save coding time while ensuring the image quality at the decoding end. It meets the requirements of low complexity and robustness in real time video communication.
