P波段單脈沖陣列天線饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:本論文主要對P波段的單脈沖陣列天線饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了分析與設(shè)計,該饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)用于3′16單元的八木天線陣列中。論文首先對八木天線及其分析方法等做了介紹;接著介紹了本論文中的八木天線陣列的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并應(yīng)用陣列天線綜合理論中的泰勒綜合法,計算出了八木天線陣列的口徑分布,通過口徑分布編程得出了理論上的方位面和差方向圖和俯仰面和方向圖。然后,論文對饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了介紹,包括饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形式、帶狀線傳輸線的特性、功分器的理論以及單脈沖技術(shù)的原理等,并且對添加了隔離電阻的威爾金森功分器和無隔離電阻的功分器進行了仿真,并對比了仿真結(jié)果。由于饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作在低頻率的P波段,經(jīng)過分析,論文最終將饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)拆分為5塊功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行單獨設(shè)計,4塊一分十二功分器和1塊和差功分器,從而極大的減小了饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的尺寸。之后根據(jù)功分器設(shè)計理論,論文對無隔離電阻的一分四空氣帶狀線功分器進行了設(shè)計。之后創(chuàng)新性地設(shè)計了在結(jié)構(gòu)上直接一分三的等功分功率分配器,級聯(lián)在已經(jīng)設(shè)計好的一分四功分器的四個輸出端口上,組成一分十二的功分器網(wǎng)絡(luò)來給陣列天線中三排的四個對應(yīng)單元饋電;接著對和差網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了設(shè)計,使用結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的混合環(huán),仿真調(diào)試到符合的設(shè)計要求。在饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體仿真環(huán)節(jié)中,論文將設(shè)計好的5塊功分器網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過Designer軟件連接在一起進行仿真,仿真得到各輸入口駐波都小于1.4,輸出口的S參數(shù)幅度一致性小于0.2dB,相位一致性在10°以內(nèi),隔離度大于30dB。之后計算出了仿真的和差方向圖,并與理論方向圖進行了對比。論文最后,對加工的每塊功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)的指標進行了測試,并且用測試數(shù)據(jù)模擬了天線方向圖,與仿真結(jié)果進行對比,證明了饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計的可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the single pulse array antenna feed network in P-band is analyzed and designed. The feed network is used in the yagi antenna array with 3P16 element. This paper first introduces the Yagi antenna and its analysis methods, then introduces the structure of the Yagi antenna array in this paper, and applies Taylor synthesis method in the array antenna synthesis theory. The aperture distribution of Yagi antenna array is calculated and the theoretical azimuth plane and differential pattern and pitch plane and direction diagram are obtained by programming the aperture distribution. Then, the paper introduces the feed network, including the form of the feed network, the characteristics of the strip transmission line, the theory of power divider and the principle of monopulse technology, etc. The Wilkinson power divider with and without isolation resistor is simulated, and the simulation results are compared. Because the feed network works in the low frequency P band, after analysis, the paper divides the feed network into 5 power sub-networks and designs four sub-power dividers and one sum power divider separately. This greatly reduces the size of the feed network. Then, according to the design theory of power divider, the paper designs a four-point air strip power divider without isolation resistance. Then innovatively designed an equal-power divider with three points directly in structure, cascaded on the four output ports of the designed four-point divider. The power divider network is divided into 12 parts to feed the four corresponding units in the three rows of the array antenna. Then the sum difference network is designed and the hybrid loop with simple structure is used to simulate and debug to meet the design requirements. In the whole simulation link of feed network, the paper simulates the designed five power divider networks through designer software. The simulation results show that the standing wave of each input port is less than 1.4, the amplitude consistency of S parameter at the output is less than 0.2 dB, the phase consistency is less than 10 擄, and the isolation degree is more than 30 dB. Then the simulated sum difference pattern is calculated and compared with the theoretical one. Finally, the index of each power distribution network is tested, and the antenna pattern is simulated with the test data. The feasibility of the design of the feed network is proved by comparing the results with the simulation results.
