【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的圖像分塊壓縮感知(BCS,block compressed sensing)以相同的測(cè)量率對(duì)各塊進(jìn)行測(cè)量,但由于圖像的空間特性不同,在重構(gòu)圖像時(shí)出現(xiàn)了塊效應(yīng)。通過(guò)自適應(yīng)為各塊設(shè)定不同的測(cè)量率,該問(wèn)題可得到有效的解決。然而,已有的自適應(yīng)測(cè)量率設(shè)定法需要在采集端獲得原始數(shù)字圖像,這在實(shí)際的壓縮成像(CI,compressive imaging)設(shè)備中無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了克服這一缺陷,提出了一種更易于通過(guò)硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)的自適應(yīng)測(cè)量率設(shè)定法。該方法利用在采集端可獲得的CS測(cè)量值直接在測(cè)量域中估計(jì)各圖像塊的樣本方差,再根據(jù)各塊樣本方差自適應(yīng)地為每塊設(shè)定測(cè)量率并實(shí)現(xiàn)碼率控制。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方案重構(gòu)圖像的質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)于非自適應(yīng)方案,但由于測(cè)量域估計(jì)塊樣本方差存在偏差,使其與直接利用塊樣本方差真實(shí)值的自適應(yīng)方案相比,仍具有一定差距。
[Abstract]:The traditional block compression sensing (BCS) block compressed sensing) measures each block at the same measurement rate, but because of the different spatial characteristics of the image, there is a block effect in the reconstruction of the image. By adaptively setting different measurement rates for each block, the problem can be solved effectively. However, the existing adaptive measurement rate setting method needs to obtain the original digital image at the acquisition end, which can not be realized in the actual compression imaging (imaging) equipment. In order to overcome this defect, an adaptive rate setting method is proposed, which is more easily realized by hardware. In this method, the sample variance of each image block is estimated directly in the measurement domain by using the CS measurements available at the acquisition end, and then the measurement rate is set adaptively for each block according to the sample variance of each block and the bit rate control is realized. The simulation results show that the quality of reconstructed image is better than that of the non-adaptive scheme. However, because of the deviation in the estimation of the block sample variance in the measurement domain, it is compared with the adaptive scheme which directly uses the real value of the block sample variance. There is still a certain gap.
