基于無(wú)線通信和PLC的網(wǎng)箱自動(dòng)投餌系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:研究了一套無(wú)線通信模塊和PLC相結(jié)合的自動(dòng)投餌控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)通過(guò)LabView 2011編寫(xiě)人機(jī)界面,經(jīng)過(guò)NI OPC Servers實(shí)現(xiàn)硬件接口的轉(zhuǎn)換;命令流經(jīng)虛擬串口,通過(guò)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的CDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò),被CDMA通信模塊接收并傳輸至PLC,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)投餌直流電機(jī)等的控制,完成遠(yuǎn)程投餌。粒位儀和水下攝像頭可將投料機(jī)內(nèi)部的餌料量和魚(yú)群的情況及時(shí)返回到用戶界面。正常情況下,PLC處于運(yùn)行狀態(tài)時(shí),內(nèi)部的程序會(huì)根據(jù)每天的潮汐規(guī)律更改當(dāng)天投喂的時(shí)刻,并根據(jù)設(shè)置時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)投喂。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)智能化程度高,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)深海網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖的無(wú)人化、科學(xué)化和自動(dòng)化。
[Abstract]:A set of automatic bait control system combining wireless communication module and PLC is studied. In this system, the man-machine interface is programmed by Lab View 2011, the hardware interface is converted by NI OPC servers, the command flows through the virtual serial port, and the command flows through the CDMA network of the telecom operator. It is received and transmitted to PLC by CDMA communication module, which realizes the control of the baited DC motor and completes the remote feeding. The particle level meter and underwater camera can return the feed quantity and the fish stock to the user interface in time. Normally, when PLC is in operation, the internal program will change the feeding time according to the daily tidal law, and realize the automatic feeding according to the setting time. The experimental results show that the system is highly intelligent and can realize the dehumanization, scientific and automation of deep-sea cage culture.
