新型手機(jī)終端天線的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)通信行業(yè),移動(dòng)設(shè)備的快速發(fā)展,移動(dòng)終端向著更加小型和寬帶多頻化發(fā)展,F(xiàn)在通訊的常用頻段包括GSM900/GSM1800/DCS/WIFI/Bluetooth/WLAN。同時(shí)LTE技術(shù)由于其高速的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率也將在第四代移動(dòng)通訊系統(tǒng)中被大規(guī)模使用,越來(lái)越小的空間和更多工作模式給手機(jī)天線的設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)更高要求。 本文首先介紹了手機(jī)天線發(fā)展歷程和手機(jī)天線研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)手機(jī)天線的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。接著介紹了微帶天線基本工作原理,輻射參量和測(cè)試工具。第三章介紹了常見(jiàn)的手機(jī)天線,通過(guò)具體實(shí)例介紹了手機(jī)天線的小型化和基于多頻的方法。 本文主要提出兩種新型手機(jī)天線并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。一種是覆蓋八個(gè)頻段的倒F天線(IFA Inverted-F Antenna),該天線由IFA天線增加寄生單元和諧振單元構(gòu)成,通過(guò)空間折疊法有效減小天線體積。該天線體積比同類(lèi)天線體積減小60%左右。另一個(gè)天線是寬帶LTE單極子天線,該天線通過(guò)CRLH加載展寬天線帶寬,同時(shí)將體積限制在較小范圍內(nèi)。該單極子天線可以工作在GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE/WLAN頻段。最后,,對(duì)這兩個(gè)天線進(jìn)行加工測(cè)試,性能測(cè)試結(jié)果良好,具有較大應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication industry and mobile devices, mobile terminals are becoming smaller and more broadband. The current frequency bands include GSM900 / GSM 1800% DCS / WIFI / Bluetooth / WLAN. At the same time, the LTE technology will be widely used in the fourth generation mobile communication system because of its high speed data transmission rate. The smaller and smaller space and more work mode make the design of mobile phone antenna more demanding. In this paper, the development history of mobile phone antenna and the research status of mobile phone antenna are introduced, and the future development trend of mobile phone antenna is forecasted. Then the basic working principle, radiation parameters and testing tools of microstrip antenna are introduced. In the third chapter, the common antenna of mobile phone is introduced, and the miniaturization of antenna and the method based on multi-frequency are introduced. In this paper, two new mobile phone antennas are proposed and analyzed in detail. One is the inverted F antenna (IFA verted-F Antenna), which is composed of extra parasitic elements and resonant elements, which can effectively reduce the size of the antenna by space folding. The volume of the antenna is about 60% smaller than that of the same antenna. The other antenna is the broadband LTE monopole antenna, which is loaded with CRLH to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna, while limiting the volume to a smaller range. The monopole antenna works in the GSM / TD-SCDMA / TD-LTE / WLAN band. Finally, the processing test of the two antennas shows that the performance test results are good and have great application potential.
