【摘要】：以多重信號分類(Multrple Signal Classification,MUSIC)算法為代表的現(xiàn)代空間譜估計方法,估計的信源數(shù)受限于陣列形式,并且需要的采樣數(shù)據(jù)量巨大.文章從壓縮感知的基礎理論出發(fā),利用目標信號空間分布的稀疏性,建立了基于壓縮感知的陣列信號空間譜估計模型.利用壓縮感知方法,可以使用較少的陣元數(shù)對空間信號進行采樣測量,并準確重構信號.相比傳統(tǒng)的MUSIC空間譜估計算法,該方法所需陣元數(shù)少,采樣數(shù)據(jù)量小,并且能同時進行信號強度和角度的估計.所提方法對推動壓縮感知理論在陣列信號空間譜估計中的應用具有一定意義.
[Abstract]:The modern spatial spectrum estimation method, represented by the Multrple signal Classification music algorithm, is limited to the number of sources and requires a large amount of sampling data. Based on the basic theory of compressed sensing and the sparsity of spatial distribution of target signals, a spatial spectrum estimation model of array signals based on compressed sensing is established in this paper. By using the compression sensing method, the spatial signal can be sampled and measured with a small number of array elements, and the signal can be reconstructed accurately. Compared with the traditional music spatial spectrum estimation algorithm, this method requires less array elements, less sampled data, and can simultaneously estimate the signal intensity and angle. The proposed method has a certain significance for promoting the application of compressed sensing theory in array signal spatial spectrum estimation.
