無創(chuàng)血糖檢測(cè)及其實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國人民生活水平的提高、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的減少以及生活方式的改變,糖尿病人也日趨增加。糖尿。╠iabetes mellitus,DM)又稱“沉默殺手”,是繼腫瘤、心血管疾病之后的第三大慢性非傳染性疾病,伴隨多種高危并發(fā)癥,嚴(yán)重威脅生命健康。很多患者因?yàn)槿狈?duì)糖尿病的正確認(rèn)識(shí),,使糖尿病的控制受到了極大的影響。如果能夠?qū)Σ∪思右誀?zhēng)取的健康教育,這將對(duì)減輕或者避免糖尿病并發(fā)癥的產(chǎn)生,提高病人的生活質(zhì)量具有重要的意義。 在近紅外區(qū)域(780-2400nm),可以對(duì)人體進(jìn)行非侵入性血糖檢測(cè)。本文根據(jù)這一理論,結(jié)合光聲測(cè)量原理、光聲信號(hào)強(qiáng)度與溶液濃度關(guān)系理論,提出了基于光聲效應(yīng)的無創(chuàng)血糖檢測(cè)這一研究。通過使用激光器、可調(diào)光路、檢測(cè)平臺(tái)、信號(hào)處理模塊和數(shù)據(jù)顯示等設(shè)備,組成了一套葡萄糖水溶液濃度的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。確定激光作用在葡萄糖溶液中產(chǎn)生了聲信號(hào),并分析討論了近紅外區(qū)域的最優(yōu)波長(zhǎng)。多次重復(fù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),通過最小二乘法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,提高了葡萄糖水溶液的測(cè)量精度。 針對(duì)上述結(jié)果,優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)、改進(jìn)各個(gè)硬件單元、對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)所得聲信號(hào)進(jìn)行去噪,提高了信噪比,獲得了更平滑的實(shí)驗(yàn)波形以及更好的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。最后,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算和擬合分析誤差,進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了光聲測(cè)量血糖的可行性。但是實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)還不夠穩(wěn)定,誤差還比較大,還需要后續(xù)進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)與提高。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the decrease of labor intensity and the change of life style, the number of diabetics is increasing day by day. Diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus), also known as "silent killer", is the third largest chronic non-communicable disease after tumor and cardiovascular disease. With many high risk complications, it is a serious threat to life and health. The control of diabetes is greatly affected by the lack of correct understanding of diabetes in many patients. If we can strive for the health education of the patients, it will be of great significance to alleviate or avoid the complications of diabetes and improve the quality of life of the patients. In the near infrared region (780-2400nm), non-invasive blood glucose can be detected in the human body. According to this theory, combining with the principle of photoacoustic measurement and the theory of relationship between the intensity of photoacoustic signal and the concentration of solution, a study of noninvasive blood glucose detection based on photoacoustic effect is proposed in this paper. By using laser, tunable light path, detection platform, signal processing module and data display equipment, a set of glucose aqueous solution concentration detection system is constructed. The acoustic signal produced by laser in glucose solution was determined and the optimum wavelength of near infrared region was analyzed and discussed. Repeated experiments were carried out, and the experimental data were fitted by least square method, which improved the measuring accuracy of glucose aqueous solution. In view of the above results, the experimental platform is optimized, each hardware unit is improved, the acoustic signal is de-noised, the signal-to-noise ratio is improved, and a smoother experimental waveform and better experimental data are obtained. Finally, the calculation and fitting error of the data confirmed the feasibility of the photoacoustic measurement of blood glucose. However, the experimental system is not stable enough, the error is still relatively large, and need further improvement and improvement.
