【摘要】：自2002年以來,以中國移動(dòng)為首的運(yùn)營商開始開展WLAN業(yè)務(wù),經(jīng)過數(shù)年的市場(chǎng)培育和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)逐漸取得了廣大用戶的認(rèn)可。伴隨2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的召開,WLAN業(yè)務(wù)的市場(chǎng)需求進(jìn)一步增大。目前,許多大中城市都在著力打造和擴(kuò)大WLAN熱點(diǎn)覆蓋區(qū)。在此背景下,本文通過對(duì)成都高校WLAN建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究分析,以期為早日完成成都“無線城市”的建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。本文采用理論與應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的案例分析體系,重點(diǎn)在項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的應(yīng)用部分。文章首先是對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理理論進(jìn)行介紹,包括國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目管理理論發(fā)展歷程簡(jiǎn)介、項(xiàng)目三角形理論介紹、目標(biāo)管理理論介紹以及項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理理論介紹,重點(diǎn)介紹項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理理論;其次,文章以項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理理論為指導(dǎo),把優(yōu)秀的工具和方法運(yùn)用在高校WLAN建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各階段及項(xiàng)目整體管理中。文章按照項(xiàng)目過程的先后順序分別對(duì)項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃、施工和驗(yàn)收三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行時(shí)間管理研究,各階段分別從項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的工期計(jì)劃制定、工期計(jì)劃控制和工期計(jì)劃變更等方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究分析;最后,文章在整體項(xiàng)目建設(shè)層面上就如何進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了分析,并討論了在工期計(jì)劃制定中如何平衡資源、成本和質(zhì)量三者的關(guān)系。同時(shí),也針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的其他一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了分析。本文探索了項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的理論、工具和方法在高校WLAN建設(shè)各階段及項(xiàng)目整體管理中的應(yīng)用規(guī)律,對(duì)此類項(xiàng)目縮短建設(shè)工期,提高工程建設(shè)效率,建立一套合理的時(shí)間管理模板具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, the operators led by China Mobile began to carry out WLAN services. After several years of market cultivation and technological innovation, the business gradually gained the recognition of the vast number of users. With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games held WLAN business market demand further increased. At present, many large and medium-sized cities are making efforts to build and expand WLAN hot coverage area. Under this background, this paper studies and analyzes the WLAN construction project of Chengdu University in order to contribute to the early completion of the "wireless city" construction in Chengdu. This paper adopts the case analysis system combining theory and application, focusing on the application of project time management. First of all, the paper introduces the theory of project management, including the development of project management theory at home and abroad, the introduction of project triangle theory, the introduction of objective management theory and the introduction of project time management theory. Secondly, under the guidance of the theory of project time management, the paper applies the excellent tools and methods to all stages of WLAN construction project and the overall management of the project. According to the sequence of the project process, the paper studies the time management of the design planning, construction and acceptance of the project. Finally, the paper analyzes how to optimize the progress of the project at the overall project construction level, and discusses how to balance the resources in the formulation of the project plan. The relationship between cost and quality. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the project, some other risk factors affecting the progress of the project are analyzed. This paper explores the application of the theory, tools and methods of project time management in various stages of WLAN construction in colleges and universities and in the overall management of the project, in order to shorten the construction period and improve the construction efficiency of this kind of project. The establishment of a reasonable set of time management templates has a certain guiding role.
