基于STAP的機(jī)載氣象雷達(dá)低空風(fēng)切變檢測方法研究

【摘要】:低空風(fēng)切變具有尺度小、強(qiáng)度大、不易檢測等特點(diǎn),是飛機(jī)在起飛和降落階段嚴(yán)重的安全隱患。機(jī)載氣象雷達(dá)是飛機(jī)感知前方氣象信息的有力工具,當(dāng)雷達(dá)前視檢測低空風(fēng)切變時(shí),有用信號(hào)淹沒在地雜波背景中,使得低空風(fēng)切變的檢測變得困難。國外研究表明,相控陣天線以其靈活度高、掃描速度快、易于波束賦形的特點(diǎn)成為現(xiàn)代雷達(dá)的重要發(fā)展方向,新一代機(jī)載氣象雷達(dá)將采用相控陣體制,擁有更強(qiáng)的地雜波抑制能力,可以更好地在地雜波背景中檢測危險(xiǎn)氣象信息。針對(duì)新體制機(jī)載氣象雷達(dá),研究基于空時(shí)自適應(yīng)處理(Space Time Adaptive Processing,STAP)的低空風(fēng)切變檢測方法是航空安全領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要課題。首先,論文介紹了機(jī)載前視陣幾何模型和該模型下的空時(shí)二維雜波模型,在介紹低空風(fēng)切變建模方法的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了風(fēng)場回波模型,并分別對(duì)機(jī)載前視陣條件下的地雜波與低空風(fēng)切變信號(hào)進(jìn)行了仿真與分析。其次,論文介紹了傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)切變檢測流程,并對(duì)風(fēng)速估計(jì)和風(fēng)速梯度估計(jì)模塊的經(jīng)典方法進(jìn)行了比較與分析。再次,針對(duì)相控陣體制的機(jī)載氣象雷達(dá),論文提出了基于廣義CAPON的低空風(fēng)切變風(fēng)速估計(jì)方法。該方法結(jié)合低空風(fēng)切變信號(hào)的分布式目標(biāo)特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建基于廣義CAPON的空時(shí)處理器,可有效地抑制地雜波并精確估計(jì)風(fēng)場風(fēng)速。最后,論文在廣義CAPON算法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于??-STAP的低空風(fēng)切變風(fēng)速估計(jì)方法。該方法將??-STAP原理應(yīng)用于低空風(fēng)切變風(fēng)速估計(jì)中,可進(jìn)一步降低算法運(yùn)算復(fù)雜度。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Low-altitude wind shear has the characteristics of small scale, high intensity and difficult to detect. It is a serious safety hazard for aircraft in take-off and landing stages. Airborne weather radar is a powerful tool for aircraft to perceive the meteorological information in front. When radar looks forward to detect low-altitude wind shear, useful signals are submerged in the background of ground clutter, which makes detection of low-altitude wind shear difficult. Foreign studies show that phased array antenna is an important development direction of modern radar because of its high flexibility, high scanning speed and easy beamforming. The new generation airborne meteorological radar will adopt phased array system. It has stronger ground clutter suppression ability and can detect dangerous weather information better in ground clutter background. For the new airborne weather radar, it is an important subject in aviation safety field to study the low-altitude wind shear detection method based on space-time adaptive processing space Time Adaptive processing phase. Firstly, the geometric model of airborne foresight array and the space-time two-dimensional clutter model based on this model are introduced. Based on the introduction of low-altitude wind shear modeling method, the wind echo model is studied. The ground clutter and low level wind shear signals are simulated and analyzed respectively under the condition of airborne forward view array. Secondly, the traditional flow of wind shear detection is introduced, and the classical methods of wind speed estimation and wind speed gradient estimation are compared and analyzed. Thirdly, for airborne meteorological radar with phased array system, a method of wind shear wind speed estimation at low altitude based on generalized CAPON is proposed in this paper. Combined with the distributed target characteristics of low-altitude wind shear signals, this method constructs a space-time processor based on generalized CAPON, which can effectively suppress ground clutter and accurately estimate wind velocity. Finally, based on the generalized CAPON algorithm, a method of wind shear wind speed estimation at low altitude based on STAP is proposed. In this method, the principle of STAP is applied to wind shear wind speed estimation at low altitude, which can further reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the method is effective.
