【摘要】:LTE(Long Term Evolve,長(zhǎng)期演進(jìn))技術(shù)是未來(lái)移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的主流方向,隨著越來(lái)越多的預(yù)研功能被運(yùn)營(yíng)商應(yīng)用于商用市場(chǎng),LTE系統(tǒng)的整體商業(yè)應(yīng)用也漸行漸近。相比較于3G網(wǎng)絡(luò),由于基站概念的不斷擴(kuò)展,以及市場(chǎng)需求要求運(yùn)營(yíng)商提供的服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)不斷增加,扁平化結(jié)構(gòu)的LTE系統(tǒng)面臨大量的基站建站和維護(hù)這些基站鄰區(qū)關(guān)系的繁重任務(wù)。為了解決這一問(wèn)題,緩解網(wǎng)規(guī)網(wǎng)優(yōu)人員的工作強(qiáng)度,減少運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,ANR (Automatic Neighbor relation,自動(dòng)鄰區(qū)關(guān)系)技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。在3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project,第3代合作伙伴計(jì)劃)協(xié)議中,ANR功能已經(jīng)成為L(zhǎng)TE系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的需求內(nèi)容,這也意味著下一代移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是能夠自動(dòng)進(jìn)行配置、優(yōu)化、操作維護(hù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文在分析傳統(tǒng)鄰區(qū)配置的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對(duì)3GPP協(xié)議中規(guī)定的LTE系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)鄰區(qū)關(guān)系的功能進(jìn)行了深入介紹,并根據(jù)LTE系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和傳統(tǒng)鄰區(qū)配置中存在的不足,提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)LTE系統(tǒng)中自動(dòng)鄰區(qū)關(guān)系的六大算法模塊,并對(duì)相應(yīng)的流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。在第五章,根據(jù)ANR主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)ANR各個(gè)功能模塊的功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的ANR功能各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)都能夠達(dá)到3GPP協(xié)議要求商用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The LTE ( Long Term Evolution ) technology is the mainstream of the development of the future mobile communication system . As more and more advanced research functions are applied to the commercial market by the operators , the overall commercial application of the LTE system is gradually asymptotic . In order to solve the problem , the LTE system of the LTE system has become the demand content of the LTE system standard . In the fifth chapter , the function of each functional module of the LTE system is reduced according to the characteristics of the LTE system and the shortage in the traditional adjacent area configuration . In the fifth chapter , the function of each functional module of the ANR is tested according to the main business process of the ANR . The test results show that all indexes of the designed ANR function can meet the commercial standard required by the 3GPP protocol .
