【摘要】：成都移動分公司屬于大型國企,主要負責(zé)成都區(qū)域移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、維護和市場開發(fā)。通過近幾年對移動通信核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化工作的研究和開展,逐步梳理建立起核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的整體思路和方法。為提升核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化效率,公司內(nèi)部組織自有員工對核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)工具進行攻關(guān)研發(fā),開發(fā)出適應(yīng)于成都移動核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化自身實際的優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)。在此次成都移動核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護中心的分析組同事組成了一個核心團隊,本人作為成員之一,全程參與系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、開發(fā)和測試工作,并在系統(tǒng)上線運行后不斷收集用戶反饋,參與對系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)升級和補丁開發(fā)。為保證系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計的實用性和可靠性,在本系統(tǒng)研發(fā)過程中,重點加強了對系統(tǒng)需求分析環(huán)節(jié)的重點把控。多次召集公司從事核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的工程師和負責(zé)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的主要人員進行座談和評審,深入分析用戶的具體需求,簡化核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化工作流程,對部分系統(tǒng)功能進行取舍和合并,突出系統(tǒng)對核心網(wǎng)日常優(yōu)化工作的支撐和保障功能,最后形成詳細的需求分析報告。并在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)和測試階段不斷完善需求分析報告,實現(xiàn)需求分析報告的閉環(huán)處理。本文對成都移動公司開發(fā)的成都移動通信核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)進行全面的調(diào)研和分析,充分利用軟件工程理論,對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的項目管理、系統(tǒng)可行性與需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、程序設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)測試等各個環(huán)節(jié)進行全面的把控,全面總結(jié)成都移動核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)成果和不足,并對后續(xù)完善方案進行探討。本課題研究將結(jié)合GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)理論、移動通信核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化方法、軟件設(shè)計與體系結(jié)構(gòu)及算法設(shè)計與分析理論,利用Borland Delphi開發(fā)平臺和Microsoft SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),完成系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)完成核心網(wǎng)優(yōu)化工作中日常優(yōu)化項目所涉及的計費話單處理分析、網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置數(shù)據(jù)核查、告警及日志分析處理、話務(wù)統(tǒng)計分析等項目實現(xiàn)工具化、自動化處理,并將處理結(jié)果存儲在數(shù)據(jù)庫中,進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能數(shù)據(jù)的長期趨勢分析。
[Abstract]:Chengdu Mobile Branch is a large-scale state-owned enterprise, mainly responsible for the construction, maintenance and market development of Chengdu regional mobile communication network. Through the research and development of the core network optimization of mobile communication in recent years, the whole train of thought and method of core network optimization has been established step by step. In order to improve the efficiency of core network optimization, the company has its own employees to research and develop the core network optimization system tools, and develop an optimization system suitable for Chengdu Mobile core network optimization. In the Chengdu Mobile Core Network Optimization system Development Project, the analysis team of the network maintenance center formed a core team. As one of the members, I participated in the design, development and testing of the system. And continuously collect user feedback after the system running online, participate in the system continuous upgrade and patch development. In order to ensure the practicability and reliability of the system function design, the emphasis is placed on the control of the system requirement analysis in the research and development process of the system. The engineers of the company engaged in core network optimization and the main personnel in charge of system development were called upon for many times to discuss and evaluate, to analyze the specific needs of users, to simplify the work flow of core network optimization, and to select and merge some system functions. The support and guarantee function of the system to the core network daily optimization work is highlighted, and a detailed demand analysis report is formed finally. And in the system design, development and testing phase to improve the requirements analysis report, to achieve the closed-loop processing of requirements analysis report. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the Chengdu Mobile Communication Core Network Optimization system developed by Chengdu Mobile Company, makes full use of the software engineering theory, and analyzes the project management, system feasibility and requirement analysis, system design, and system design of the system. Program design, system testing and other aspects of the overall control, comprehensive summary of Chengdu mobile core network optimization system development results and deficiencies, and the follow-up to improve the scheme is discussed. Based on the theory of GSM network, the optimization method of mobile communication core network, the software design and architecture, the algorithm design and analysis theory, the design and development of the system will be completed by using the Borland Delphi development platform and Microsoft SQL Server database system. The system completes the processing and analysis of billing bill, network configuration data verification, alarm and log analysis, traffic statistics analysis and other items involved in the daily optimization project of core network optimization. The processing results are stored in the database to analyze the long-term trend of network performance data.
