水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:與水聲通信、水下電磁波通信相比,水下無線光通信技術(shù)具有帶寬高、速度快、容量大、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、保密性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。作為一個雖然較新但應(yīng)用前景廣闊的研究方向,水下無線光通信正逐漸獲得國內(nèi)外研究者越來越多的關(guān)注。本研究課題的提出正是因?yàn)樗聼o線光通信具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,課題的內(nèi)容主要是對水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)及其實(shí)現(xiàn)方案的研究,主要工作可以概述為: (1)將水下無線光通信與水聲通信、水下電磁波通信進(jìn)行比較,對水下無線光通信的優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行介紹,并對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)水下無線光通信特別是水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況進(jìn)行分析。 (2)基于水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)模型,對水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù):系統(tǒng)光源的選擇,信道編碼技術(shù),光調(diào)制技術(shù),光信號接收處理技術(shù),光信號的跟蹤、捕獲、瞄準(zhǔn)技術(shù)以及通信信道的研究等進(jìn)行分析介紹。 (3)從光源的選擇、信道編碼技術(shù)、光調(diào)制技術(shù)、光信號接收處理技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)入手,對本課題所要設(shè)計(jì)的水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析。系統(tǒng)光源選擇能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)TTL調(diào)制的藍(lán)光LD;信道編碼方式選擇在碼字長度不長的情況下也能有較好糾錯性能而且算法成熟硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)簡單的RS碼;光調(diào)制技術(shù)選用通信帶寬使用率、光功率利用率適中,信號同步方便,硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)簡單的DPIM調(diào)制算法;光信號接收處理模塊選用硅基光電二極管為光電轉(zhuǎn)換裝置并選用性能優(yōu)異的集成電路芯片完成信號處理電路的設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)使用水槽對所設(shè)計(jì)的水下無線光通信系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)基本的語音通信功能。
[Abstract]:Compared with underwater acoustic communication and underwater electromagnetic wave communication, underwater wireless optical communication technology has the advantages of high bandwidth, high speed, large capacity, strong anti-interference ability, good confidentiality and so on. As a relatively new but promising research direction underwater wireless optical communication is getting more and more attention from researchers at home and abroad. This research topic is put forward precisely because underwater wireless optical communication has broad application foreground, the main content of the subject is the research of underwater wireless optical communication system and its realization scheme. The main work can be summarized as follows: 1) compare underwater wireless optical communication with underwater acoustic communication, underwater electromagnetic wave communication, and introduce the advantages of underwater wireless optical communication. The development of underwater wireless optical communication system, especially the underwater optical communication system, is analyzed in this paper, which is based on the model of underwater wireless optical communication system. The key technologies of underwater wireless optical communication system are the selection of system light source, channel coding technology, optical modulation technology, optical signal receiving and processing technology, optical signal tracking, acquisition, The aim technology and communication channel research are analyzed and introduced. The key technologies such as the choice of light source, channel coding technology, optical modulation technology, optical signal receiving and processing technology, etc., are introduced. The underwater wireless optical communication system designed in this paper is analyzed. The system light source selects the blue light LDD which can realize TTL modulation, the channel coding mode can also have better error correction performance when the length of codeword is not long and the algorithm has mature hardware to realize simple RS code, the optical modulation technology chooses the rate of communication bandwidth utilization, The optical power utilization is moderate, the signal synchronization is convenient, and the DPIM modulation algorithm is simple in hardware. In the optical signal receiving and processing module, the silicon based photodiode is used as the photoelectric conversion device and the excellent integrated circuit chip is selected to complete the design of the signal processing circuit. The basic voice communication function is realized.
