【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的廣泛普及,通信設(shè)備制造、應(yīng)用水平不斷提高,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為一種新的技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的研究主要為技術(shù)層面和應(yīng)用層面,對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)研究較少。面對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,采用什么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方式,對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平做出準(zhǔn)確定量的表示是十分重要的,這影響著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展方向和側(cè)重點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這個(gè)問題,本文對(duì)我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和評(píng)價(jià),并定義了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展指數(shù)(IoT Development Index, ITDI). 本文在對(duì)我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度與評(píng)價(jià)研究過程中所做的工作包括：首先,通過對(duì)我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、制約物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行深入分析,從而構(gòu)建我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)體系,完成對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo)的界定并予以解釋。其次,本文選取了幾種具有代表性的綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行賦權(quán),包含主觀賦權(quán)法(德爾菲法、層次分析法)及客觀賦權(quán)法(熵值法),運(yùn)用這三種方法得到三組權(quán)重系數(shù)；再次,使用Kendall一致性系數(shù)檢驗(yàn)三種評(píng)價(jià)方法賦權(quán)結(jié)果的一致性,進(jìn)而針對(duì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果選擇合適的方法確定組合評(píng)價(jià)模型的權(quán)重；最后,使用組合權(quán)重對(duì)無(wú)量綱的原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行加權(quán)計(jì)算,得到我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展指數(shù)與四個(gè)分類指數(shù)(網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展水平指數(shù)、裝備水平指數(shù)、研發(fā)能力指數(shù)、發(fā)展效果指數(shù)),并結(jié)合這幾類指數(shù)針對(duì)我國(guó)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展情況做實(shí)證研究,論文本文研究工作的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the wide popularity of the Internet, communication equipment manufacturing, the level of application is constantly improving, the Internet of things as a new technology, the industry also came into being. At present, the research on the Internet of things at home and abroad is mainly on the technical level and the application level, and there is little research on the evaluation of the development level of the Internet of things. In the face of the rapid development of the Internet of things, it is very important to make accurate and quantitative representation of the level of the development of the Internet of things, which affects the direction and emphasis of the development of the Internet of things. Aiming at this problem, this paper makes a systematic analysis and evaluation of the development level of the Internet of things in China, and defines the index of development of the Internet of things, IoT Development Index, ITDI. In this paper, the development of the Internet of things in China in the measurement and evaluation of the level of research work done including: first, through the development of the Internet of things in China, the characteristics of the development of the Internet of things, constraints on the development of Internet of things factors in-depth analysis. Thus, the evaluation system of Internet of things development in China is constructed, and the definition and interpretation of the evaluation system index are completed. Secondly, this paper selects several representative comprehensive evaluation methods to weight the index, including subjective weighting method (Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process) and objective weighting method (entropy method), using these three methods to obtain three groups of weight coefficients; Thirdly, we use Kendall consistency coefficient to test the consistency of the three evaluation methods, and then choose the appropriate method to determine the weight of the combined evaluation model. By using combined weights to calculate the dimensionless raw data, the development index of Internet of things and four classification indexes (network development level index, equipment level index, R & D capability index) in China are obtained. The development effect index and the empirical research on the development of the Internet of things in China are combined with these indexes, and the correctness of the research work in this paper is presented.
