【摘要】:CMF(ColorMaterial Finishes)是色彩、材料、表面工藝的英文縮寫,CMF設(shè)計是一門涉足工業(yè)設(shè)計、材料、心理學(xué)等多領(lǐng)域交叉的學(xué)科。面對電視機市場競爭日益激烈的今天,產(chǎn)品功能和造型的趨同也帶來了創(chuàng)新上的難題,消費者情感需求的差異化則為我們提供一條解決之道。CMF設(shè)計正是從產(chǎn)品的感性價值出發(fā),從色彩、材質(zhì)和表面工藝的角度進行不斷創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)造符合市場需求和喚起消費者共鳴的產(chǎn)品。 通過對CMF設(shè)計相關(guān)理論的梳理,可以將CMF設(shè)計理論分為3類:CMF文化學(xué)、CMF應(yīng)用學(xué)和CMF管理與營銷。CMF文化學(xué)是CMF設(shè)計中的基礎(chǔ),是進行CMF應(yīng)用的前提。CMF應(yīng)用學(xué)則是本文的核心內(nèi)容,是將CMF元素付諸于產(chǎn)品的實踐活動。CMF管理和營銷則是創(chuàng)造利益最大化的有效手段。 本課題提出了理論研究—設(shè)計流程—設(shè)計實踐—評估總結(jié)的設(shè)計框架,通過對CMF理論不斷深化的理解和研究,提出了一套適合應(yīng)用于電視一體機CMF設(shè)計的理論和設(shè)計流程,通過企業(yè)實踐的案例分析、研究和評估,驗證CMF應(yīng)用理論和設(shè)計流程的正確性和實用性。 通過趨勢分析、用戶需求分析、材質(zhì)意象分析等多種分析手段,提煉符合目標用戶需求的CMF元素,結(jié)合定量分析和定性分析的科學(xué)方法得出合理的結(jié)論。經(jīng)研究表明:(1)注重電視機外形設(shè)計的人群具有喜好自由流行、追隨購買的特點。此類人群是中低層消費市場的中堅力量,,他們屬于收入穩(wěn)定的普通消費者,對電視機的外形需求相對多樣,時尚、現(xiàn)代的風(fēng)格是他們的首選。(2)目前家電的CMF設(shè)計呈現(xiàn)兩個重要方向:現(xiàn)代感十足的先鋒設(shè)計、人文關(guān)懷的感性設(shè)計。(3)關(guān)于材料表面意象的實驗證明,金屬拉絲質(zhì)感更受目標消費群的青睞。 本研究結(jié)合了如材料學(xué)、工程學(xué)、語意學(xué)、心理學(xué)等其他領(lǐng)域的知識,并用理論結(jié)合實際的方法,對很多感性的問題進行了理性的剖析,為CMF設(shè)計在電視一體機的研究與應(yīng)用中打下了很好的基礎(chǔ),同時也為其他家電產(chǎn)品的CMF設(shè)計提供了一種很好的參考模式。

This topic puts forward the design framework of theoretical research - design process - Design Practice - evaluation summary. Through the deepening understanding and research of CMF theory, it puts forward a set of theory and design process suitable for the application of the CMF design of the TV one machine. Through the trend analysis, the user needs analysis, the material image analysis and other analysis means, the CMF elements which meet the needs of the target users are extracted, and a reasonable conclusion is drawn by the scientific methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The study shows: (1) the people who pay attention to the shape design of the TV set are fond of the free fashion and follow the characteristics of the purchase. The class crowd is the backbone of the middle and low consumption market, they belong to the ordinary consumers with stable income, the demand for the shape of the TV is relatively diverse, the fashion, the modern style is their first choice. (2) the current CMF design of the household appliances presents two important directions: the modern sense of vanguard design, the perceptual design of humanistic care. This research combines the knowledge of other fields such as materials science, engineering, semantics, psychology and other fields, and makes a rational analysis of many perceptual problems by combining theory with practical methods. It lays a good foundation for the research and application of CMF design in the TV integrated machine, and also provides a CMF design for other household appliances. A good reference model.
