認知無線電博弈論功率控制算法研究

【摘要】:認知無線電技術采用動態(tài)頻譜分配模式,能夠提高頻譜資源的利用率,一經(jīng)提出就引起了廣泛的關注。功率控制可以實現(xiàn)認知用戶和主用戶的頻譜資源共享,是認知無線電的關鍵技術之一。本文重點研究認知無線電多用戶接入下的功率分配問題,在保證QoS的基礎上,通過對認知用戶的功率控制,實現(xiàn)主用戶和認知用戶共享頻譜資源,提高頻譜資源的利用率。 現(xiàn)有的博弈論功率控制算法只考慮了用戶效用的最大化,,卻未考慮到提高用戶效用對網(wǎng)絡收益的影響。針對未考慮網(wǎng)絡收益的情況,本文給出了聯(lián)合用戶和網(wǎng)絡最優(yōu)化的認知無線電功率控制算法。以用戶為中心采用博弈論算法實現(xiàn)用戶效用最大化,以網(wǎng)絡為中心實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡收益最大化,通過引入以用戶吞吐量為基準的代價機制來協(xié)調用戶和網(wǎng)絡的資源分配,在最大化網(wǎng)絡收益的基礎上實現(xiàn)用戶效用的最大化,實現(xiàn)更優(yōu)的功率控制。通過理論推導,證實了算法的有效性。 算法的實現(xiàn)可以采用多維搜索的方式,但是該方式計算量大,為了減少計算的復雜度,本文在分析了代價和收益特性的基礎上,給出了一種近似求解最優(yōu)單位價格的方法,首先確定使得網(wǎng)絡收益最大化的單位價格,并基于該單位價格,采用博弈論分析方法,進行認知用戶的功率控制。 搭建單小區(qū)CDMA終端上行功率控制仿真模型,并在MATLAB仿真平臺中進行仿真測試。通過仿真結果分析驗證了本文算法能夠快速收斂,能夠明顯的降低用戶的發(fā)射功率,在最大化網(wǎng)絡收益的基礎上能夠增加多數(shù)用戶效用,同時能夠提高各用戶的公平性。
[Abstract]:Cognitive radio technology, which uses dynamic spectrum allocation mode, can improve the efficiency of spectrum resources. Power control, one of the key technologies of cognitive radio, can share spectrum resources between cognitive users and primary users. This paper focuses on the power allocation under the multi-user access of cognitive radio. On the basis of guaranteeing QoS, the main user and the cognitive user can share the spectrum resources and improve the utilization ratio of the spectrum resource by controlling the power of the cognitive user. The existing power control algorithms based on game theory only consider the maximization of user utility, but not the influence of improving user utility on network income. In this paper, a cognitive radio power control algorithm for joint users and network optimization is presented. Taking user as center, game theory algorithm is used to maximize user utility, network center is used to realize network profit maximization, and cost mechanism based on user throughput is introduced to coordinate resource allocation between user and network. On the basis of maximizing network income, the user utility is maximized and better power control is realized. The validity of the algorithm is proved by theoretical derivation. In order to reduce the computational complexity, this paper presents an approximate method to solve the optimal unit price on the basis of analyzing the cost and income characteristics. Firstly, the unit price which maximizes the network income is determined, and based on the unit price, the power control of cognitive users is carried out by using game theory analysis method. The uplink power control simulation model of single cell CDMA terminal is built, and the simulation test is carried out on the MATLAB simulation platform. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can converge rapidly, reduce the transmission power of users, increase the utility of most users on the basis of maximizing the network income, and improve the fairness of the users at the same time.
