【摘要】:故障樹分析方法采用邏輯的方法,能夠形象地進行故障的分析工作,即可以做定性的分析,也可以做定量的分析。使用故障樹分析方法可以得到反映故障現(xiàn)象與引起該故障發(fā)生的所有可能元件之間的邏輯關系圖,即故障樹,可以清楚的看到系統(tǒng)的組成結構以及各個部件之間存在的因果關系。故障樹分析方法是一種思路清晰、直觀、邏輯性強的診斷方法,在眾多領域得到了廣泛應用,如數(shù)控機床系統(tǒng)、列車自動駕駛系統(tǒng)、汽輪發(fā)電機系統(tǒng)和汽車制動系統(tǒng)等。傳統(tǒng)的電視機故障診斷需要人工對出故障的原因進行分析和判斷,要求維修人員對電視機的結構有較為深入的認識,對從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素質要求較高。隨著電子技術的飛速發(fā)展,電視機所使用的技術越來越先進,結構也越來越復雜,可能引起電視機故障的原因也隨之增多,故障的種類也越來越多樣化,一般的維修人員很難跟上電視機技術的發(fā)展,只能依賴多年的維修經驗對故障進行診斷,使得維修的效率和效果降低。本文研究把故障樹分析方法應用于電視機故障診斷領域,研究如何使用故障樹分析方法來輔助維修人員對電視機故障進行診斷。以長虹SF2170E電視機為例,開發(fā)了一款“長虹SF2170E故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)”,采用建立故障樹的方式對主要故障現(xiàn)象進行逐層分析,找到相關的故障元件。本文重點對長虹SF2170E電視機系統(tǒng)中的開關電源故障進行了詳細的討論。開關電源故障會呈現(xiàn)五種不同的故障現(xiàn)象,首先對不同故障現(xiàn)象建立不同的故障樹,然后把專家根據(jù)自己的理論和經驗得到的各底事件發(fā)生故障的概率作為已知量,并對開關電源故障樹進行定量分析,計算對應于不同的故障現(xiàn)象的各底事件的關鍵重要度,最后按照關鍵重要度對各相關故障元件進行從大到小的排序以確定檢修順序。
[Abstract]:The method of fault tree analysis adopts logical method, which can be used to analyze faults graphically, either qualitatively or quantitatively. Using the method of fault tree analysis, we can get the logical relation graph between the fault phenomenon and all the possible components that cause the fault, that is, the fault tree. We can clearly see the structure of the system and the causality between the components. Fault tree analysis is a kind of diagnosis method with clear, intuitive and strong logic. It has been widely used in many fields, such as CNC machine tool system, automatic train driving system, turbogenerator system and automobile braking system. The traditional fault diagnosis of TV sets needs to analyze and judge the causes of the faults manually. It requires the maintainers to have a deeper understanding of the structure of the TV set and the professional quality of the employees to be higher. With the rapid development of electronic technology, the technology used in TV is more and more advanced, and the structure is becoming more and more complicated. It is difficult for the general maintenance personnel to keep up with the development of television technology, so they can only rely on many years of maintenance experience to diagnose the failure, which reduces the efficiency and effect of maintenance. In this paper, the fault tree analysis method is applied to the field of TV fault diagnosis, and how to use the fault tree analysis method to assist the maintainers to diagnose the TV fault is studied in this paper. Taking Changhong SF2170E TV set as an example, a "Changhong SF2170E fault diagnosis expert system" is developed. The main fault phenomena are analyzed layer by building fault tree, and relevant fault components are found. In this paper, the fault of switching power supply in Changhong SF2170E TV system is discussed in detail. There are five different fault phenomena in switching power supply. Firstly, different fault tree is established for different fault phenomena, and then the probability of each bottom event that experts get according to their own theory and experience is taken as known quantity. The fault tree of switching power supply is quantitatively analyzed to calculate the critical importance degree of each bottom event corresponding to different fault phenomena. Finally, according to the critical importance degree, the relevant fault components are sorted from large to small in order to determine the repair order.
