【摘要】：無線電臺站信息管理系統(tǒng)是無線電管理工程的重要組成部分,也是保障社會穩(wěn)定的重要基礎(chǔ)性業(yè)務(wù),已列為國家間重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)工程項(xiàng)目。目前,我國無線電信息管理凸顯的問題主要表現(xiàn)在頻譜資源日趨緊張、用戶法制觀念淡薄,無法適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,尤其是無線電臺站信息管理數(shù)據(jù)庫亟待更新。無線電臺站數(shù)據(jù)庫是無線電管理工作的基礎(chǔ),是無線電臺站信息的重要性技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù),支撐著各項(xiàng)無線電管理業(yè)務(wù),開展無線電管理各項(xiàng)工作,無線電臺站大數(shù)據(jù)提供了有力的支持。但由于無線電管理部分信息化程度不高,遺留下大量以電子表格(Excel)形式的無線電臺站設(shè)置信息。[1]鑒于無線電臺站信息管理工作本身的必然要求和整個無線電管理工作的基本需要,建立規(guī)范、準(zhǔn)確、完整的無線電臺站數(shù)據(jù)庫具有非常重要的意義。本研究課題主要依據(jù)各級無線電管理委員會職能,在分析無線電臺站設(shè)置、審批及管理過程中產(chǎn)生的信息化數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立既符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),又滿足國家、省、市三級機(jī)構(gòu)臺站基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)交換要求的信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)無線電信息數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)化。通過這一系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),保障無線電臺站數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)完整和準(zhǔn)確,使無線電頻譜資源得到有效地利用[2]。
[Abstract]:Radio station information management system is an important part of radio management engineering, and also an important basic business to ensure social stability. It has been listed as an inter-state key business system engineering project. At present, the main problems of radio information management in China are that the spectrum resources are becoming increasingly tight, the concept of user legal system is weak, and it can not adapt to the rapid development of economy, especially the radio station information management database needs to be updated urgently. Radio station database is the basis of radio management and the important technical data of radio station information. It supports all kinds of radio management business and carries out various work of radio management. The radio station big data provides strong support. However, due to the low level of informatization in the radio management part, Leaving behind a large number of radio station setup information in the form of spreadsheets. [1] in view of the inherent requirements of the information management of radio stations and the basic needs of the overall radio management, the establishment of norms and accuracy, A complete database of radio stations is of great significance. Based on the functions of radio management committees at all levels, and on the basis of analyzing the information data generated in the process of setting up, approving and managing radio stations, this research subject establishes a system that conforms to the national standards and meets the needs of the country and the provinces. In order to realize the structure of radio information data, the information database of the basic data exchange requirement of the city three level organization stations is realized. Through the construction of this system, the data of the radio station database are guaranteed to be complete and accurate, and the radio spectrum resources are utilized effectively [2].
