河池新一代天氣雷達(dá)資料管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:新一代天氣雷達(dá)的探測資料是氣象預(yù)測、預(yù)報(bào)、預(yù)警和氣象服務(wù)工作中不可缺少的依據(jù)之一。特別是在異常天氣過程的預(yù)測、預(yù)警及人工影響天氣等氣象服務(wù)工作中,新一代天氣雷達(dá)發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用,其探測數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)處理后生成的GIF回波圖像格式能直觀地反映實(shí)時(shí)天氣變化狀況,結(jié)合衛(wèi)星云圖和地面自動氣象觀測站的資料,使氣象部門的氣象預(yù)報(bào)準(zhǔn)確率得到很大提高。但由于各方面原因,河池新一代天氣雷達(dá)開始運(yùn)行以來,其探測資料的利用率不高,新一代天氣雷達(dá)沒有充分發(fā)揮作用。通過對河池新一代天氣雷達(dá)資料在基層氣象臺站的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,找出雷達(dá)探料資料管理方面存在的不足,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)新一代天氣雷達(dá)資料管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)河池縣級氣象站能方便查看新一代雷達(dá)探測資料,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測異常天氣變化情況,及時(shí)掌握強(qiáng)對流天氣系統(tǒng)的發(fā)生、發(fā)展路徑和變化,準(zhǔn)確地開展氣象服務(wù)工作,其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和價(jià)值是很大的。本文在依據(jù)基層氣象部門實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入了解基層氣象預(yù)報(bào)員和人工影響天氣工作人員的需要,基于多普勒天氣雷達(dá)二次產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)具有雷達(dá)探測資料管理能力的軟件系統(tǒng),利用Internet實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程雷達(dá)資料實(shí)時(shí)管理,并就具體的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)做了介紹和探討。系統(tǒng)顯示內(nèi)容以河池新一代天氣雷達(dá)探測資料為主,通過鏈接,系統(tǒng)可方便查看區(qū)域氣象自動觀測站、衛(wèi)星云圖、廣西氣象預(yù)報(bào)指導(dǎo)等。系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建采用的是JSP開發(fā)技術(shù),結(jié)構(gòu)是B/S結(jié)構(gòu)。目前,該系統(tǒng)已投入到正常的氣象業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行使用,實(shí)踐證明,該系統(tǒng)極大地方便了基層氣象工作人員調(diào)閱雷達(dá)探測資料和其它實(shí)際需要用到的觀測資料,對提高氣象預(yù)報(bào)和氣象服務(wù)的及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性有很大幫助,有很好的實(shí)用效果。
[Abstract]:The detection data of the new generation weather radar is one of the indispensable bases in the work of weather forecast, early warning and meteorological service. In particular, the new generation of weather radar plays an irreplaceable role in the work of weather services such as prediction of abnormal weather processes, early warning and artificial influence weather. The GIF echo image format which is generated by the processed data can directly reflect the real time weather change. Combined with the satellite cloud map and the data of the ground automatic meteorological observation station, the weather forecast accuracy of the meteorological department has been greatly improved. However, due to various reasons, the utilization rate of the new generation weather radar is not high, and the new generation of weather radar has not played a full role since the new generation of weather radar began to operate. By investigating the current situation of the application of the new generation of weather radar data in Hechi meteorological stations, we find out the shortcomings in the management of radar data, and design a new generation of weather radar data management system. The Hechi County Meteorological Station can conveniently view the new generation of radar detection data, monitor the abnormal weather in real time, grasp the occurrence, development path and changes of the severe convective weather system in time, and carry out the meteorological service accurately. Its realistic significance and value is very great. Based on the actual business of the basic meteorological departments, this paper deeply understands the needs of the basic level meteorological forecasters and artificial weather workers, and based on the secondary product data of the Doppler weather radar, A software system with the ability of radar detection data management is designed. The remote radar data real-time management is realized by using Internet, and the concrete technical realization is introduced and discussed. The main content of the system is the new generation weather radar detection data in Hechi. Through the link, the system can conveniently view the regional meteorological automatic observation station, satellite cloud picture, Guangxi meteorological forecast guidance and so on. The system is constructed with JSP development technology and B / S structure. At present, the system has been put into use in normal meteorological operation. The practice has proved that the system greatly facilitates the basic level meteorological workers to access radar detection data and other observation data that need to be used in practice. It is of great help to improve the timeliness and accuracy of weather forecast and meteorological service.
