基于4G用戶行為分析的小小區(qū)組網(wǎng)策略研究

【摘要】:在4G及未來移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,用戶的無線數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)將呈爆炸性增長趨勢,而且隨著移動通信發(fā)展的趨勢從承載語音為主轉(zhuǎn)為承載數(shù)據(jù)為主,目前的宏小區(qū)會無法支持與日俱增的無線數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)。宏小區(qū)和小小區(qū)共同部署的場景是非常有意義的,因為在盲點區(qū)域、覆蓋弱的區(qū)域合理地部署小小區(qū)可以高效地使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋到每一個角落。因此小小區(qū)組網(wǎng)策略將會是未來移動通信研究的必要方面。功率控制及分配作為小小區(qū)組網(wǎng)策略中非常重要的一部分,將是本文重點研究的內(nèi)容。本文針對異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)下小小區(qū)的功率控制及分配策略展開研究,達到提升用戶的業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量水平、提高系統(tǒng)能效和系統(tǒng)總體性能的目標。下面是本文的主要創(chuàng)新點與研究點。 針對TD-LTE覆蓋范圍內(nèi)的某個熱點區(qū)域,對該熱點區(qū)域中的用戶進行業(yè)務(wù)行為數(shù)據(jù)的采集與分析。為了保證數(shù)據(jù)來源的真實、可靠、適用,本文首先采用專門的應(yīng)用軟件獲取了大量用戶業(yè)務(wù)行為數(shù)據(jù)。其次,對所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進行分類整理,按照權(quán)威性和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計相識度來篩選可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。應(yīng)用軟件采集的數(shù)據(jù)量較大,所以在后臺程序的設(shè)計中只按照要統(tǒng)計的參數(shù)進行統(tǒng)計。最后,本文選取業(yè)務(wù)量排在前一百位的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)從不同業(yè)務(wù)使用的用戶數(shù)目、業(yè)務(wù)訪問流量、業(yè)務(wù)下載速率等多個維度進行統(tǒng)計與分析,最后分析歸納TD-LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的用戶業(yè)務(wù)行為具有的關(guān)鍵特征;谏鲜鎏卣,本文分析了小小區(qū)組網(wǎng)策略的需求,開展了小小區(qū)組網(wǎng)的功率控制策略研究,分別對上行場景和下行場景的功率控制策略提出了具體的研究方案。 針對宏小區(qū)和小小區(qū)同頻部署的場景中處于上下行分離狀態(tài)的用戶,本文采用博弈論的方法對該部分用戶進行上行功率控制研究,使用戶的總吞吐量得到提升。首先,文中詳細描述了所采用的上行功率控制場景與系統(tǒng)模型。其次,文中闡述了在該場景下采用的效益函數(shù)與非線性代價函數(shù),納什解的存在性與唯一性也得到了論證。最后通過仿真結(jié)果驗證該博弈模型的可行性與合理性,并通過仿真證明非線性代價函數(shù)的博弈模型性能優(yōu)于線性代價函數(shù)的博弈模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文還提出一種功率調(diào)整算法,該算法對用戶的初始發(fā)射功率即博弈迭代的初始值進行調(diào)整,進一步優(yōu)化用戶的博弈結(jié)果。 針對宏小區(qū)和小小區(qū)同頻部署的場景,結(jié)合用戶的業(yè)務(wù)類型與業(yè)務(wù)需求,本文采用博弈論的方法對宏基站及小小區(qū)基站進行下行功率分配研究,使得系統(tǒng)的能效最優(yōu)。本文介紹了下行功率分配的場景與系統(tǒng)模型,即宏小區(qū)和小小區(qū)同頻部署的場景,并結(jié)合用戶的業(yè)務(wù)類型與業(yè)務(wù)需求,合理分配小小區(qū)基站的發(fā)射功率,達到最優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)能效的目的。在該場景下的納什解的存在性與唯一性得到了論證。仿真結(jié)果標明:與基站等功率分配相比,該博弈模型的基站功率分配策略使得系統(tǒng)的能效更優(yōu)。 在本文的最后,本文對所研究的內(nèi)容進行了總結(jié),并對上述研究內(nèi)容的未來發(fā)展方向進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the 4G and future mobile communication networks, the user's wireless data service will show an explosive growth trend, and with the trend of mobile communication development from carrying voice to carrying data, the current macro community will not support the growing wireless data service. The scene of the joint deployment of small and small areas is very good. In the blind spot area, the reasonable deployment of small cell in the weak area can effectively make the network cover every corner. Therefore, the small cell networking strategy will be a necessary aspect of the future mobile communication research. Power control and distribution as a very important part of the small area networking strategy will be the focus of this paper. In this paper, the power control and allocation strategy of small cell under the heterogeneous network is studied to improve the quality of the user's business, improve the system energy efficiency and the overall performance of the system. The following are the main innovation points and research points.
In order to ensure the authenticity, reliability and application of the data sources in the hot area of a hot area in the TD-LTE coverage area, in order to ensure the authenticity, reliability and application of the data sources, a large number of users' business behavior data are obtained by using special application software. A specific research program has been made.
In view of the users in the same frequency deployment scene of the macro and small communities, this paper uses the method of game theory to study the uplink power control of this part of the user, and improves the total throughput of the users. First, the uplink power control scene and system model are described in detail. Secondly, in this paper The benefit function and nonlinear cost function used in this scene are expounded, and the existence and uniqueness of the Nash solution are also demonstrated. Finally, the feasibility and rationality of the game model are verified by simulation results, and the game model of the game model of nonlinear cost function is proved to be better than the linear cost function model through simulation. On this basis, this paper also proposes a power adjustment algorithm, which adjusts the initial launch power of the user, that is, the initial value of the game iteration, and further optimizes the user's game results.
In view of the scene of the same frequency deployment of the macro and small communities, combining the service types and business requirements of the users, this paper uses the method of game theory to study the downlink power distribution of the Acer station and the small cell base station, making the system's energy efficiency optimal. This paper introduces the downlink power allocation scene and system model, that is, the same frequency of the macro and small communities. In this scenario, the existence and uniqueness of the Nash solution in this scenario are demonstrated. The simulation results show that the power allocation of the base station of the game model is compared with the base station power allocation. The strategy makes the system more efficient.
At the end of this paper, the contents of the research are summarized, and the future development direction of the above research contents is prospected.
