基于知識輔助的機載雷達(dá)雜波仿真與抑制方法研究

【摘要】:機載雷達(dá)下視工作時接收到的地雜波功率較強,而且當(dāng)雷達(dá)工作在復(fù)雜地形環(huán)境中時,雜波呈現(xiàn)出明顯的非均勻性,這為機載雷達(dá)檢測運動目標(biāo)帶來了困難,因此需要對雷達(dá)雜波特性進(jìn)行分析,并對機載雷達(dá)的雜波抑制技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。但獲取雷達(dá)實測數(shù)據(jù)的周期長而且成本高,因此需要利用計算機仿真的辦法來模擬雜波數(shù)據(jù)?諘r自適應(yīng)處理技術(shù)聯(lián)合空域和時域信息進(jìn)行二維自適應(yīng)濾波,能夠在抑制雜波的同時保證目標(biāo)的相干處理增益,是機載雷達(dá)雜波抑制的一項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。為了獲得最優(yōu)的空時自適應(yīng)處理性能,理論上用于估計雜波統(tǒng)計特性的獨立同分布樣本數(shù)不應(yīng)少于系統(tǒng)自由度的兩倍。但實際雜波的非均勻性導(dǎo)致訓(xùn)練樣本數(shù)不夠,嚴(yán)重降低空時自適應(yīng)處理性能。本文圍繞非均勻雜波的仿真和抑制方法展開研究。論文內(nèi)容可以概括如下:1、分析了機載雷達(dá)雜波信號的數(shù)學(xué)模型和空時自適應(yīng)處理基本原理,并對幾種常用的降維空時自適應(yīng)處理方法進(jìn)行了仿真分析。2、針對非均勻雜波的仿真方法,提出了一種基于數(shù)字高程和地表覆蓋的機載雷達(dá)雜波仿真方法,解決了包括坐標(biāo)系變換、遮擋判斷和雜波功率、導(dǎo)向矢量計算等一系列問題,提出了將通道失配和內(nèi)部雜波運動融合到雜波仿真中去的方法。仿真結(jié)果表明,所提的基于地理環(huán)境先驗知識的雜波仿真方法能夠有效模擬機載雷達(dá)接收到的非均勻雜波。3、在非均勻雜波抑制方面,首先分析了分段處理和廣義內(nèi)積這兩種方法在非均勻雜波抑制方面的應(yīng)用,然后提出了一種在陣元-多普勒域進(jìn)行色加載濾波處理的方法,并分析了當(dāng)存在通道失配以及內(nèi)部雜波運動情況下該方法的雜波抑制性能。仿真實驗表明,該色加載濾波方法能提高雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)對目標(biāo)的檢測性能。
[Abstract]:The ground clutter received by airborne radar is very strong, and when the radar is working in complex terrain environment, the clutter presents obvious heterogeneity, which makes it difficult for airborne radar to detect moving targets. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the clutter characteristics of radar and study the clutter suppression technology of airborne radar. But the period of acquiring radar data is long and the cost is high, so it is necessary to simulate clutter data by computer simulation. The space-time adaptive processing technique, which combines spatial and temporal information with two-dimensional adaptive filtering, can suppress clutter and ensure the target's coherent processing gain. It is a key technology of airborne radar clutter suppression. In order to obtain the optimal space-time adaptive processing performance, the number of independent co-distributed samples used to estimate the statistical characteristics of clutter should not be less than twice the degree of freedom of the system. However, the inhomogeneity of the actual clutter results in insufficient number of training samples, which seriously reduces the performance of space-time adaptive processing. This paper focuses on the simulation and suppression of heterogeneous clutter. The contents of this paper can be summarized as follows: 1. The mathematical model of airborne radar clutter signal and the basic principle of space-time adaptive processing are analyzed. Several commonly used space-time adaptive processing methods are simulated and analyzed. Aiming at the non-uniform clutter simulation method, an airborne radar clutter simulation method based on digital elevation and ground coverage is proposed. A series of problems, such as coordinate system transformation, occlusion judgment, clutter power and guidance vector calculation, are solved, and a method of merging channel mismatch and internal clutter motion into clutter simulation is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed clutter simulation method based on the prior knowledge of geographical environment can effectively simulate the non-uniform clutter .3 received by airborne radar. In this paper, the application of piecewise processing and generalized inner product in heterogeneous clutter suppression is analyzed, and then a method of color loaded filtering in array element Doppler domain is proposed. The clutter suppression performance of this method is analyzed under the condition of channel mismatch and internal clutter motion. Simulation results show that this method can improve the detection performance of radar system.
