【摘要】:目前絕大多數(shù)醫(yī)院住院病人靜脈輸液管理仍舊處于老式的管理模式,既護(hù)理人員給病人進(jìn)行靜脈注射,需要病人經(jīng)常觀察藥液是否注射完成,病人發(fā)現(xiàn)需要換藥液或輸液完成時(shí),呼叫護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行換液或拔掉注射針頭。老式的管理模式導(dǎo)致護(hù)理質(zhì)量較低,病人無(wú)法非常放松的修養(yǎng),當(dāng)病人稍不注意或者睡著,可能會(huì)輸液完成也不知道,因而沒(méi)有及時(shí)呼叫護(hù)理人員,導(dǎo)致血液回流,可能堵塞針頭等后果。本論文研發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)一種基于狀態(tài)機(jī)的輸液進(jìn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),完全主動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)輸液狀況,智能判斷輸液狀態(tài),由本系統(tǒng)呼叫護(hù)理人員對(duì)病人進(jìn)行換液或拔針。系統(tǒng)建立在ZigBee的無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)之上,有效的節(jié)省醫(yī)院物聯(lián)網(wǎng)構(gòu)建成本。系統(tǒng)主要用戶為醫(yī)院住院部各科室,主要用于靜脈輸液時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)輸液袋(瓶)內(nèi)的藥液余量,根據(jù)對(duì)不同狀況的智能判斷,提示護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行護(hù)理工作。本論文進(jìn)行的研究工作如下:1.搭建一個(gè)基于ZigBee技術(shù)的無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò),使得傳感數(shù)據(jù)可以通過(guò)這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行上傳,傳感器終端也可通過(guò)這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的接收。同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)輸液監(jiān)測(cè)器的硬件原理的研究及制作,通過(guò)這個(gè)輸液監(jiān)測(cè)器可以將輸液的重量數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)操作情況實(shí)時(shí)的傳輸?shù)椒⻊?wù)器端。2.通過(guò)輸液實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理和分析,找尋輸液過(guò)程中各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的變化規(guī)律及特殊情況,通過(guò)對(duì)各類情況進(jìn)行分析,來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)時(shí)間自動(dòng)機(jī),使其能按照輸液相關(guān)流程進(jìn)行狀態(tài)的變換,并且可以響應(yīng)各類的特殊情況。3.設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)輸液進(jìn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)分為中間件、服務(wù)端、客戶端。系統(tǒng)可以通過(guò)無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集輸液監(jiān)測(cè)器的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),并通過(guò)服務(wù)端內(nèi)部的時(shí)間自動(dòng)機(jī)來(lái)做出各類響應(yīng),通過(guò)客戶端可以提供給用戶各類數(shù)據(jù)的查詢功能。本論文設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的輸液進(jìn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),即是以一種合理的方式、可以接受的成本來(lái)解決上述醫(yī)療輸液中的問(wèn)題,醫(yī)護(hù)人員通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)音和可視化報(bào)警隨時(shí)隨地接收病人的呼叫和報(bào)警信息,保證了服務(wù)的高品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the management of intravenous infusion for most inpatients in hospitals is still in the old-fashioned management mode. Since nursing staff give intravenous injections to patients, it is necessary for patients to observe whether or not the injections are completed.When the patient finds that a change or infusion is needed, call the nurse to change the fluid or unplug the needle.The old-fashioned management mode leads to low quality of nursing care and the patient is unable to relax his recuperation. When the patient fails to notice or fall asleep, he may not know if the infusion is completed, so he does not call the nursing staff in time, resulting in blood flowing back.May block needles and other consequences.In this paper, a state machine based infusion process monitoring system is developed. The system can monitor the transfusion status completely and intelligently judge the infusion state. The system calls the nurses to change the fluid or pull out the needle.The system is built on the wireless sensor network of ZigBee, which can save the cost of building the hospital Internet of things.The main user of the system is the departments of the hospital inpatient department, which is mainly used to monitor the residual amount of the medicine in the infusion bag (bottle) during intravenous infusion. According to the intelligent judgment of different conditions, the nursing staff is prompted to carry out nursing work.The research work in this thesis is as follows: 1.Build a wireless sensor network based on ZigBee technology, so that the sensor data can be uploaded through the network, sensor terminals can also achieve data reception through the network.At the same time, the hardware principle of an infusion monitor is studied and fabricated, through which the weight data and related operation can be transmitted to the server in real time.Through collecting, sorting out and analyzing the experimental data of transfusion, we can find out the changing rule and special situation of each data in the course of transfusion, and design a time automaton by analyzing all kinds of situations.It can change the state according to the flow of transfusion, and can respond to all kinds of special cases. 3.Design and implement an infusion process monitoring system, the system is divided into middleware, server, client.The system can collect the real-time data of the transfusion monitor through wireless sensor network, and make all kinds of responses through the time automata inside the server, and provide the query function of all kinds of data to the user through the client.The construction goal of the infusion process monitoring system designed and developed in this paper is to solve the above problems in medical infusion in a reasonable way and at acceptable cost.Through the system, the medical staff can receive the call and alarm information from the patient anytime and anywhere, and ensure the high quality of service.
