【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)k-means聚類算法在雷達(dá)信號(hào)分選中應(yīng)用存在的不足,提出了一種基于數(shù)據(jù)場(chǎng)和灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析的k-means聚類雷達(dá)信號(hào)分選算法。該算法首先根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)場(chǎng)理論計(jì)算所有數(shù)據(jù)樣本的勢(shì)值,尋找局域勢(shì)值最大值,選取距最大值最近的樣本數(shù)據(jù)作為初始聚類中心,局域勢(shì)值最大值個(gè)數(shù)作為聚類數(shù)目;然后用灰關(guān)聯(lián)度代替歐式距離來(lái)判斷數(shù)據(jù)樣本間相似性。該算法能夠自動(dòng)獲取初始聚類中心和聚類數(shù)目,對(duì)頻率捷變雷達(dá)具有較好的分選效果。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional k-means clustering algorithm in radar signal sorting, A k-means clustering radar signal sorting algorithm based on data field and grey correlation analysis is proposed. Firstly, the potential value of all data samples is calculated according to the theory of data field, and the maximum local potential value is found. The sample data closest to the maximum value is selected as the initial clustering center, and the maximum number of local potential values is taken as the clustering number. The grey correlation degree is used instead of the Euclidean distance to judge the similarity of data samples. The algorithm can automatically obtain the initial clustering center and the number of clusters, and has a good sorting effect on frequency agile radar. The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible.
