【摘要】:隨著3G和LTE網絡的建設,移動互聯網業(yè)務得到迅速普及的同時,其業(yè)務傳輸質量也有了質的提升,而在移動互聯網向用戶提供了豐富的業(yè)務選擇同時,也降低了傳統電信網絡所培養(yǎng)的用戶的忠誠度。如何保障和提升用戶的業(yè)務體驗(QoE, Quality of Experience)已成為電信運營商非常重視的課題。目前,QoE方面的研究更多地關注于傳統QoS參數在反映用戶業(yè)務體驗方面的不足和完善上,例如同樣誤碼率信道環(huán)境下,關鍵視頻幀上的誤碼會明顯惡化用戶體驗。然而,除了信道傳輸的質量保障外,作者發(fā)現用戶端智能手機性能的參差不齊也會在一定程度上影響到用戶的業(yè)務體驗,而目前還極少有文獻涉及這方面的研究。本論文主要關注智能手機終端性能對于QoE反饋系統的影響,并對基于終端性能參數反饋的QoE模型矯正進行研究。首先,本論文通過對數十款不同廠商生產的不同配置的智能手機進行性能測試,發(fā)現終端性能對于業(yè)務質量參數確實存在明顯影響。然后,針對業(yè)務網絡質量最敏感的流媒體業(yè)務,搭建了模擬傳輸系統,通過在系統上進行不同傳輸質量信道的配置,進一步驗證了智能手機終端性參數能對于QoE評價體系所產生的影響。其次,在模擬實驗結果分析基礎上,結合當前國內外研究組織所研究的QoE用戶體驗質量反饋研究成果,提出了一種QoE反饋模型,并通過層次分析的方法建設性地將用戶一側的智能手機終端性能融入到了QoE評價體系當中。最后,根據本論文提出的基于智能手機性能參數的QoE反饋模型,提出了在現網中,根據用戶所使用的智能手機的性能參數,對用戶端業(yè)務QoE主觀分級評價進行修正的機制。
[Abstract]:With the construction of 3G and LTE networks, mobile Internet business has been rapidly growing in popularity at the same time, the transmission quality has been a qualitative improvement, but in the mobile Internet to provide users with a wealth of business at the same time, but also reduces the traditional telecommunication network to cultivate user loyalty. How to protect and enhance the service experience of users (QoE Quality, of Experience) has become the telecom operators is very important. At present, the research of QoE pay more attention to the traditional QoS parameter in reflecting the user experience of business problems and improve, such as the same BER channel environment, error key frame of the video will be significantly worse user experience. However, in addition to ensure the quality of the transmission channel, the author found that the user terminal intelligent mobile phone uneven performance will to some extent affect the user's business experience, but there is little literature To offer the research. This thesis mainly focuses on the intelligent mobile phone terminal for QoE performance feedback system, and studied the correction model of QoE feedback terminal based on performance parameters. First, this paper tested by log ten different manufacturers of smartphones with different configurations of the machine, it is found that terminal performance does exist impact on the quality of service parameters. Then, according to the most sensitive service quality of network streaming media service, build the simulation transmission system, through different channel transmission quality on the system configuration, to further verify the intelligent mobile phone terminal can be generated for the QoE parameter evaluation system. Secondly, on the basis of the experimental results in simulation analysis and combined with the current domestic and foreign research organization of the QoE user experience feedback on the quality of research results, proposes a QoE feedback model, and through the hierarchy The construction method analysis of the smart mobile phone terminal side of the performance of the user into the QoE evaluation system. Finally, based on the intelligent mobile phone based on the performance parameters of the QoE feedback model is proposed in this paper, put forward in the current network, based on the intelligent mobile phone users use the performance parameters, evaluate the modified mechanism of the client business QoE subjective ratings.
