【摘要】:作為智能電網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵組成部分,電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在電網(wǎng)的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、管理等方面舉足輕重。近年來(lái),隨著電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,采用設(shè)備的廠家不斷增多,但是由于不同生產(chǎn)廠商的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、功能及兼容性不一致,不同的產(chǎn)品之間在互聯(lián)互通方面存在著一定的障礙。隨著國(guó)網(wǎng)公司智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)對(duì)電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理、統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控、全局規(guī)劃等要求的提出,對(duì)電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)定與測(cè)試勢(shì)在必行。本文在對(duì)四川電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、組成及功能深入調(diào)研分析后,結(jié)合國(guó)網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),參與制定并完善了適用于四川的電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。據(jù)此進(jìn)行需求分析,形成了四川電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)平臺(tái)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)和功能組成。設(shè)計(jì)章節(jié)主要對(duì)檢測(cè)平臺(tái)(包括A接口平臺(tái)模擬器、地市(縣)級(jí)平臺(tái)模擬器、站端智能輔助平臺(tái)模擬器、視頻處理單元模擬器)的各功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。主要有:通信功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),SIP協(xié)議和HTTP協(xié)議棧的實(shí)現(xiàn),基于RTP的H.264格式視頻流數(shù)據(jù)的打包、傳輸、解碼播放、校驗(yàn)和保存的實(shí)現(xiàn),MD5加密過(guò)程的實(shí)現(xiàn)等。在設(shè)計(jì)完成檢測(cè)平臺(tái)功能測(cè)試和協(xié)議測(cè)試的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步對(duì)其功能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提出了自動(dòng)測(cè)試、異常測(cè)試和壓力測(cè)試的思想,對(duì)這三種測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行研究,分析選取典型測(cè)試案例,同時(shí)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。檢測(cè)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)完成后,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室和變電站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與不同廠家的電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了大量的聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試。在文章最后,給出了具體的測(cè)試結(jié)果,并對(duì)測(cè)試情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。實(shí)際測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了該檢測(cè)平臺(tái)的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性、準(zhǔn)確性、實(shí)用性,具有很好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a key component of smart grid, the video surveillance system plays an important role in the production, operation, maintenance and management of power grid. The number of manufacturers adopting equipment is increasing, but the reference standards, functions and compatibility of video surveillance system equipment of different manufacturers are not consistent. There are some obstacles in interconnection between different products. With the national network company smart grid construction of the grid video surveillance system standardization management, unified monitoring, global planning and other requirements, It is imperative to standardize and test the video surveillance system of power grid. After deeply investigating and analyzing the structure, composition and function of the video surveillance system of Sichuan Power Grid, this paper combines with the national network video surveillance system standard. Participated in the development and improvement of the standard of power grid video surveillance system for Sichuan. The whole structure and function composition of the video surveillance system detection platform of Sichuan power network is formed. The design chapter mainly discusses the detection platform (including A interface platform simulator, prefectural (county) level platform simulator, station terminal intelligent auxiliary platform simulator, etc. The function modules of the video processing unit simulator are analyzed, designed and implemented in detail, including the implementation of the communication function and the implementation of the HTTP protocol stack, the packaging, transmission, decoding and playing of video stream data in H.264 format based on RTP. On the basis of designing and completing the function test and protocol test of the testing platform, this paper further optimizes its function, and puts forward the ideas of automatic test, abnormal test and stress test. The three testing methods are studied, the typical test cases are analyzed and selected, and the design and implementation of the test platform are carried out. After the design of the test platform is completed, In the laboratory and substation field with different manufacturers of power grid video surveillance system equipment for a large number of joint testing. In the end of the article, the specific test results are given. The test results show that the platform is stable, reliable, accurate and practical.
