【摘要】:本論文致力于數(shù)控測井編碼處理系統(tǒng)的研究。在全面、細(xì)致地分析了井下儀器回傳信號的類型、數(shù)據(jù)通信的特點(diǎn),對以脈沖及編碼信號形式進(jìn)行針對性的深入研究,設(shè)計了一套基于ARM的嵌入式數(shù)控測井編碼信號處理系統(tǒng)。本文首先介紹了數(shù)控測井系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀,分析數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,確定了一套確實可行的系統(tǒng)整體方案。數(shù)控測井編碼信號處理系統(tǒng)以微控制器LPC2294為核心,嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ為支撐,合理劃分了編碼信號調(diào)理、編碼信號轉(zhuǎn)換、深度信號轉(zhuǎn)換、CAN通信及LCD顯示的硬件功能模塊,有機(jī)地結(jié)合相應(yīng)的四個軟件任務(wù)模塊,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的編碼信號處理功能,滿足生產(chǎn)測井對編碼測井信號處理要求,有效提升系統(tǒng)信號處理的實時性、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)目煽啃。本文的最?搭建了數(shù)控測井編碼信號處理系統(tǒng)的實物平臺,利用電纜模擬器及多臂井徑測井儀及相關(guān)傳感器,完成了深度信號的測量、編碼信號的解碼、數(shù)據(jù)顯示及CAN數(shù)據(jù)通信。通過調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了對深度脈沖信號和編碼信號的采集和解碼處理,基本達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目的。
[Abstract]:This paper is committed to logging encoding processing system. In a comprehensive, detailed analysis of the types of downhole return signals, characteristics of the data communication, the pulse signal form and encoding for in-depth research, design a set of control logging signal processing system embedded encoding number based on ARM in this paper. The technical status of the digital logging system, analyzed the structure of CNC system, establishes a set of feasible solutions. Digital control logging system encoding signal processing system based on MCU LPC2294, embedded real-time operating system C/OS- II as the support, a reasonable division of the encoding signal conditioning, signal encoding depth conversion, signal conversion, hardware the function module of CAN communication and LCD display, the organic combination of the four task of software modules, to achieve the encoding signal processing function of CNC system can meet the students. Production logging for encoding the logging signal processing requirements, effectively improve the real-time signal processing system, the reliability of data transmission. At the end of this paper, set up the physical platform of digital logging encoding signal processing system, using cable simulator and multi arm caliper logging tool and related sensors, completed the depth measurement signal, encoding and decoding signal, data display and data communication in CAN. The debugging results show that the system realizes the acquisition and decoding depth of pulse signal and signal encoding, the basic design to achieve the objective of the system.
