【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),城市地價(jià)的不斷飆升,高層和超高層、地下建筑等復(fù)雜綜合性建筑日益增多,因此消防安全問題日益突出,消防成為城市居民生活中越來越重要的角色。而隨著消防安全監(jiān)控等服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一定程度的火災(zāi)預(yù)警。但是現(xiàn)有的消防安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)大都是獨(dú)立系統(tǒng),沒有形成信息共享,系統(tǒng)的安全監(jiān)控預(yù)警能力,人為因素起關(guān)鍵性作用,當(dāng)發(fā)生火患災(zāi)害時(shí),由于人為疏忽就會(huì)極大降低系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控預(yù)警能力,引發(fā)消防事故造成重大財(cái)產(chǎn)損失和人員傷亡。本文針對(duì)目前消防安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)彼此獨(dú)立,消防單位,基層派出所和消防主管部門無法實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng),大大降低火災(zāi)安全監(jiān)控能力方面的不足,設(shè)計(jì)了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的城市消防安全管理服務(wù)平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合國家城市消防安全建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、現(xiàn)有火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)通信方式等具體實(shí)踐方案,系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)上主要分為:底層數(shù)據(jù)采集層,中間數(shù)據(jù)傳輸層和上層Web應(yīng)用層。底層數(shù)據(jù)采集層基于嵌入式的智能數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),ZigBee節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊通過相應(yīng)的傳感器獲得消防實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)信息,通過ZigBee協(xié)議將這些數(shù)據(jù)傳送到嵌入式智能設(shè)備,嵌入式智能設(shè)備將得到的數(shù)據(jù)處理并上傳到服務(wù)器中,給Web應(yīng)用層提供消防信息基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),為后續(xù)的分析判斷提供依據(jù)。Web應(yīng)用層采用ASP.NET技術(shù)配合SQL SERVER數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā),消防安全保護(hù)單位用戶端主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了單位信息管理,單位消防要素管理,單位巡檢人員管理,單位巡檢數(shù)據(jù)上傳,接收消防通知等功能;轄區(qū)派出所用戶端主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了單位巡檢數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),整改通知下達(dá),審核單位巡檢數(shù)據(jù)等功能;消防主管部門用戶端主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了審核巡檢抽檢數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)布責(zé)令整改通知,巡檢數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,消防人員管理等功能。通過實(shí)際應(yīng)用,系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)智能數(shù)據(jù)采集層能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集消防安全保護(hù)單位的消防信息數(shù)據(jù),Web應(yīng)用層能夠?qū)崟r(shí)對(duì)采集的消防信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,并將預(yù)警信息發(fā)送到相關(guān)人員手機(jī)上,達(dá)到預(yù)警功能,提高出警效率,有效地減少消防災(zāi)害造成的人員傷亡及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in our country, the urban land price is soaring, the complex comprehensive buildings, such as high-rise and super-high-rise buildings, underground buildings, etc., are increasing day by day, so the fire safety problem is becoming more and more serious. Fire control has become a more and more important role in the life of city residents. With the application of fire safety monitoring and control and other service systems, fire alarm has been realized to a certain extent. However, most of the existing fire safety monitoring systems are independent systems. Without the formation of information sharing, the system's ability to monitor and early warning security, human factors play a key role. When fire disasters occur, human negligence will greatly reduce the system's monitoring and early warning ability. In view of the fact that the fire safety monitoring system is independent of each other, the fire control unit, the basic police station and the fire control department are unable to realize the linkage. In order to reduce the shortage of fire safety monitoring ability, the urban fire safety management service platform based on Internet of things is designed, and the system platform is designed in combination with the national standards for urban fire safety construction. The existing fire alarm data communication methods and other specific practice schemes, the system platform is mainly divided into: the bottom layer of data acquisition, The intermediate data transmission layer and the upper Web application layer. The bottom layer data acquisition layer based on embedded intelligent data acquisition system ZigBee node module through the corresponding sensors to obtain fire real-time monitoring sensor data information. These data are transferred to the embedded intelligent device by ZigBee protocol. The embedded intelligent device processes and uploads the data to the server to provide the basic fire information data to the Web application layer. In order to provide the basis for the subsequent analysis and judgment, the application layer of web adopts ASP.NET technology to cooperate with the development of SQL SERVER database. The user end of fire safety protection unit mainly realizes unit information management, unit fire element management, unit patrol personnel management, etc. The user end of the police station in the district mainly realizes the functions of unit patrol data statistics, rectification notification, audit unit inspection data and so on. The client end of the fire control department has mainly realized the functions of examining and inspecting the sampling data, issuing the order and rectification notice, statistics and analysis of the patrol inspection data, and the management of fire protection personnel, etc. Through practical application, The intelligent data acquisition layer of the system platform can collect fire information data of fire protection units in real time. Web application layer can process the collected fire information data in real time, and send the early warning information to the relevant personnel's mobile phones. To achieve the function of early warning, improve the efficiency of police, and effectively reduce the casualties and property losses caused by fire disasters.
