基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體QoE管理的研究

【摘要】:隨著基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和人們對(duì)基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體服務(wù)的要求不斷提高,服務(wù)商迫切需要一個(gè)適用于HTTP移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的用戶體驗(yàn)管理方法。目前基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體評(píng)價(jià)方法主要考慮的因素不夠全面,比較側(cè)重在對(duì)視頻本身質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí)由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)中不同角色有不同的體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量(QoE)需求,因此需要一套面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)的QoE評(píng)價(jià)方法。 本文對(duì)基于HTTP移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)和相應(yīng)的傳輸技術(shù)和用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量管理(QoE)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)合以上研究,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)中各角色的作用進(jìn)而提出面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)的基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量管理需求。 針對(duì)以上基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量管理需求,分析目前基于HTTP的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)QoE管理的相關(guān)技術(shù),并進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)目前QoE管理方面存在以下問(wèn)題:評(píng)價(jià)主要在側(cè)重在對(duì)視頻質(zhì)量本身的評(píng)價(jià),考慮的QoE影響因素不夠全面,并且沒(méi)有一套根據(jù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)中不同角色的QOE管理需求而設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,考慮用戶和各部分服務(wù)商的不同需求,考慮視頻本身、應(yīng)用層、用戶視覺(jué)特點(diǎn)、心理特點(diǎn)、用戶類型、用戶位置和終端等影響因素,提出面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻系統(tǒng)的HTTP自適應(yīng)移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)方案。 針對(duì)以上評(píng)價(jià)方案,本文搭建DASH視頻實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。首先使用GPAC工具制作DASH視頻文件;然后開發(fā)一款基于HTML5的DASH視頻播放器,該播放器能夠播放DASH視頻文件并搜集視頻播放過(guò)程中視頻質(zhì)量信息、緩沖信息、視頻切換信息等以及用戶位置信息,用戶評(píng)分等。然后設(shè)計(jì)用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),并招募多位測(cè)試人員進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)并收集實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。利用SPASS工具對(duì)以上實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,使用多元線性回過(guò)分析方法對(duì)面向用戶評(píng)價(jià)算法進(jìn)行線性擬合,擬合結(jié)果較好。因此,實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)和評(píng)價(jià)算法能夠給未來(lái)的研究一些參考。 最后本文對(duì)筆者早期在實(shí)驗(yàn)室參與的工作即設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的基于RTP/RTSP協(xié)議的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了描述,系統(tǒng)旨在將實(shí)驗(yàn)室流媒體業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目提出的專利中的基于RTP/RTSP協(xié)議的移動(dòng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)QoE評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)能夠根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù),業(yè)務(wù)參數(shù)和用戶數(shù)據(jù)獲得QoE值,能夠給未來(lái).的QoE評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile streaming media service technology based on HTTP and the increasing requirement of mobile streaming media service based on HTTP, Service providers urgently need a user experience management method suitable for HTTP mobile streaming media service. At present, the main factors of mobile streaming media evaluation method based on HTTP are not comprehensive enough. At the same time, due to the different roles in the Internet video system have different experience quality needs, so we need a set of QoE evaluation method for the Internet video system. In this paper, the characteristics of mobile streaming media services based on HTTP, the corresponding transmission technology and the current situation of user experience quality management (QQM) are studied. This paper analyzes the role of each role in Internet video system and puts forward the user experience quality management requirement of mobile streaming media service based on HTTP for Internet video system. According to the demand of user experience quality management of mobile streaming media service based on HTTP, this paper analyzes the related technology of QoE management of mobile streaming media service based on HTTP. It is found that there are the following problems in QoE management: the evaluation is mainly focused on the evaluation of video quality itself, and the factors affecting QoE are not comprehensive enough. And there is not a set of evaluation methods designed according to the QOE management requirements of different roles in the Internet video system. In view of the above problems, considering the different needs of users and service providers, considering the video itself, application layer, user visual characteristics, Based on the psychological characteristics, user type, user location and terminal, a HTTP adaptive mobile streaming media service evaluation scheme for Internet video system is proposed. In view of the above evaluation scheme, this paper builds a DASH video experiment platform to verify it. Firstly, we use GPAC tools to make DASH video files; then we develop a DASH video player based on HTML5. The player can play DASH video files and collect video quality information, buffer information, video switching information, user position information, user score and so on. Using SPASS tools to analyze the above experimental data, and using multiple linear regression analysis method to carry out linear fitting of user-oriented evaluation algorithm, the fitting results are good. The experimental platform and evaluation algorithm can provide some references for future research. Finally, this paper describes the user experience evaluation system of mobile streaming media service based on RTP/RTSP protocol, which is the work that the author participated in in the laboratory earlier, that is, the design and implementation of the user experience evaluation system based on RTP/RTSP protocol. The purpose of the system is to realize the QoE evaluation method of mobile streaming media service based on RTP/RTSP protocol in the patent of the related items of the streaming media service in laboratory. The system platform can obtain the QoE value according to the network parameters, service parameters and user data. Can give future. QoE evaluation system design and implementation of some reference.
