基于傳輸線電磁泄漏的UHF RFID閱讀器近場天線的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:射頻識別技術(shù)(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)作為一種非接觸式自動識別技術(shù),能夠快速,準確,實時采集信息,近年來在物流,交通,零售等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。RFID技術(shù)要實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)信息的傳遞交換,在實際應(yīng)用中不可避免的應(yīng)用到天線產(chǎn)品和天線理論。在當今越來越多的RFID使用場合,比如檔案館柜架管理,貴金屬零售監(jiān)控,服裝零售行業(yè)等等,如何在近距離閱讀的情況下,保證天線的穩(wěn)定性,不誤讀,不漏讀,不相互串讀等優(yōu)良性質(zhì),是近場RFID閱讀器近場天線的一項新興課題。由于此種需求,本文基于電磁波傳輸線——微帶線在傳輸過程中泄露的電磁波,通過Ansoft HFSS軟件仿真、性能優(yōu)化、實物加工、并與UHF RFID閱讀器及各種標簽組成的系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)等步驟,設(shè)計了一系列適用于UHF(Ultra High Frequency)頻段的RFID閱讀器天線。本文首先設(shè)計了一款應(yīng)用于檔案柜柜架管理的近場天線,用于實時監(jiān)測柜架上的標簽;另一款為近場手持機天線,用于完成手動尋架功能。本文給出了此兩款天線的仿真與測試數(shù)據(jù),并通過模擬實際應(yīng)用環(huán)境,聯(lián)調(diào)RFID系統(tǒng)測試天線,結(jié)果顯示其均滿足了不同場合的要求。本文所設(shè)計的兩款天線的特點是,設(shè)計思路簡單,擁有相對穩(wěn)定的目標距離和近場均勻性,并能夠根據(jù)實際情況巧妙地變化。本文通過對近場UHF RFID近場閱讀器天線的研究,給與了天線的設(shè)計步驟,附有優(yōu)化方法和優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù),并在實物加工之后,基于不同的測試環(huán)境,給出了詳盡的測試報告。
[Abstract]:Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), as a non-contact automatic identification technology, can collect information quickly, accurately and in real time. Retail and other industries have been widely used. RFID technology to achieve the transfer of data information exchange, in practical applications inevitably applied to antenna products and antenna theory. In today's more and more RFID use occasions, such as archives cabinet management, Precious metal retail monitoring, clothing retail industry, etc., how to ensure the stability of antenna, no misreading, no missing reading, no cross-reading and other excellent properties under the condition of close reading, It is a new subject of near field antenna for near field RFID reader. Because of this demand, this paper is based on electromagnetic wave leaked in the transmission process of electromagnetic wave transmission line-microstrip line, through Ansoft HFSS software simulation, performance optimization, material processing, A series of RFID reader antennas suitable for UHF(Ultra High frequency band are designed, which are combined with UHF RFID reader and various tags. In this paper, a near field antenna is designed for archives cabinet frame management. It is used to monitor the label on the cabinet in real time, the other is the near field handset antenna, which is used to complete the manual tracking function. In this paper, the simulation and test data of the two antennas are given, and the antenna is tested in the RFID system by simulating the practical application environment. The results show that they all meet the requirements of different occasions. The characteristics of the two antennas designed in this paper are simple design idea, relatively stable target distance and near field uniformity. Through the research of near-field UHF RFID near-field reader antenna, this paper gives the design steps of the antenna, with the optimization method and data, and after the physical processing, based on different test environment, A detailed test report is given.
