【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的日益復(fù)雜,良好的輻射性能對移動臺的有效工作越來越重要。在射頻性能測試中,人們越來越注重移動臺的整機性能,這種整機性能直接反映了移動臺最終的發(fā)射性能和接收性能。移動臺空中性能測量(OTA,over the air)就是衡量移動臺整機性能的一種有效方法,屬于有源測試。其主要包括兩部分:總?cè)蜉椛涔β?TIRP,Total Isotropic Radiated Power)和總?cè)蜉椛潇`敏度(TIRS,Total Isotropic Radiated Sensitivity)。測量不確定度是判斷測量結(jié)果質(zhì)量的重要依據(jù),是確保實驗室測量準(zhǔn)確性的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。測試系統(tǒng)作為集成化的測量工具,它對測量結(jié)果的不確定度會產(chǎn)生不可忽視的影響。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO/IEC 17025的要求,對具備測量功能的測試系統(tǒng),必須進(jìn)行不確定度的評估。一份完整的檢測數(shù)據(jù)和報告應(yīng)包括有關(guān)不確定度的信息,因此對OTA測量系統(tǒng)的不確定度進(jìn)行分析與研究,保證了OTA測量的可靠性,提高了實驗室檢測數(shù)據(jù)的精度。本文首先介紹了不確定度的基本概念以及一般的評定方法,為后續(xù)的研究分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。接著對OTA測試的原理、系統(tǒng)組成進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。隨后,根據(jù)前面對測試系統(tǒng)及原理的分析,建立符合本實驗室實際測量過程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,準(zhǔn)確、全面地找出影響系統(tǒng)不確定度的各個分量,通過實驗統(tǒng)計方法和查閱技術(shù)資料等方法,定量計算系統(tǒng)不確定度并給出不確定度報告。最后,本文根據(jù)對不確定度報告的分析,就如何減小測量系統(tǒng)不確定度的問題提出有效的建議。本文對天津市無線電監(jiān)測站的OTA測量系統(tǒng)不確定度的評定滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YD/T1484-2011的相關(guān)要求,體現(xiàn)了實驗室的OTA測量能力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of the network environment, good radiation performance is becoming more and more important for the effective work of mobile stations. In RF performance testing, people pay more and more attention to the performance of the whole mobile station. The performance of the whole machine directly reflects the final transmitting performance and receiving performance of the mobile station. The aerial performance measurement of the mobile station is an effective method to measure the performance of the mobile station as a whole. It mainly consists of two parts: total total Isotropic Radiated power and total omnidirectional radiation sensitivity. The uncertainty of measurement is an important basis for judging the quality of measurement results. The test system, as an integrated measuring tool, has an important influence on the uncertainty of the measurement results. According to the requirement of standard ISO/IEC 17025, the test system has the function of measuring. Uncertainty must be evaluated. A complete test data and report should include information about uncertainty. Therefore, the uncertainty of OTA measurement system is analyzed and studied to ensure the reliability of OTA measurement. This paper first introduces the basic concept of uncertainty and the general evaluation method, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research and analysis. Then, the principle of OTA testing is introduced. The composition of the system is explained in detail. Then, according to the analysis of the test system and its principle, the mathematical model which accords with the actual measurement process in our laboratory is established, and the components that affect the uncertainty of the system are found out accurately and comprehensively. The uncertainty of the system is calculated quantitatively and the uncertainty report is given through the methods of experimental statistics and consulting technical data. Finally, based on the analysis of the uncertainty report, Some effective suggestions on how to reduce the uncertainty of measurement system are put forward. The evaluation of uncertainty of OTA measurement system in Tianjin radio monitoring station meets the requirements of standard YD/T1484-2011, which reflects the ability of OTA measurement in laboratory.
