基于智能分析技術的監(jiān)獄高清視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:監(jiān)獄是國家的刑罰執(zhí)行機關,肩負著關押、懲罰和改造罪犯的重任,監(jiān)獄的安全穩(wěn)定直接關系著社會安全穩(wěn)定,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是整個監(jiān)獄安全技術防范系統(tǒng)的核心組成部分,建立完備的監(jiān)管安全防范體系,搭建和完善覆蓋面廣、資源共享、綜合應用的功能強大監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),為監(jiān)獄安全防范設置一道無形屏障,是我們監(jiān)獄監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建設的首要目標。 本文針對傳統(tǒng)模擬視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)存在著圖像分辨率低、監(jiān)控范圍小和擴展應用能力差等缺點,,研究分析了高清監(jiān)控和視頻智能分析等相關技術,結合某監(jiān)獄視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造項目實際案例,提出了一種基于智能分析技術的高清視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)解決設計方案。 論文在監(jiān)獄需求的基礎上對基于智能分析技術的監(jiān)獄高清視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行了分析設計。在概要設計階段,在介紹監(jiān)獄高清視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的基礎上,重點設計了智能分析系統(tǒng)的結構和主要模塊組成。在詳細設計和實現(xiàn)階段,列舉了前端攝像機、傳輸、存儲等系統(tǒng)環(huán)節(jié)的功能要求,重點設計了智能分析系統(tǒng)的智能分析視頻采集、網(wǎng)絡傳輸和存儲實現(xiàn)等組成,針對系統(tǒng)的核心部分智能分析模塊的背景更新、前景提取、光流計算以及能量計算等技術難點進行詳細介紹,同時以這些實現(xiàn)方案為基礎,突出分析設計警戒線檢測模塊、快速移動檢測模塊以及暴力事件檢測模塊的實現(xiàn)方案。從而克服了技術局限性,解決了智能分析系統(tǒng)在監(jiān)獄部署使用問題。 論文接著介紹了系統(tǒng)安裝后的測試情況,特別列舉了智能分析系統(tǒng)的各種應用測試。目前,系統(tǒng)運行正常,達到了預期目標。 文章最后對系統(tǒng)的實施作了總結,認為該系統(tǒng)具有良好的社會經(jīng)濟效益和價值,將成為未來監(jiān)獄監(jiān)控技術的一個發(fā)展方向,并對下一步的工作做了若干思考。
[Abstract]:The prison is the national penalty execution organ, shoulders the heavy responsibility of the imprisonment, the punishment and the reform criminal, the prison safety and stability is directly related to the social security and stability. Video surveillance system is the core part of the whole prison security technology prevention system. It establishes a complete supervision and security prevention system, builds and improves the wide coverage, resource sharing, comprehensive application of a powerful monitoring system. Setting up an invisible barrier for prison security is the primary goal of our prison monitoring system construction. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional analog video surveillance system, such as low image resolution, small monitoring range and poor ability to expand applications, this paper studies and analyzes some related technologies, such as high-definition surveillance and video intelligent analysis. Based on the actual case of a prison video surveillance system reform project, a solution of high-definition video surveillance system based on intelligent analysis technology is proposed. Based on the demand of the prison, the paper analyzes and designs the high-definition video surveillance system based on the intelligent analysis technology. At the stage of summary design, the paper introduces the high-definition video surveillance system of the prison. The structure and main modules of the intelligent analysis system are mainly designed. In the stage of detailed design and implementation, the functional requirements of the front-end camera, transmission, storage and other system links are listed. The intelligent analysis video collection, network transmission and storage implementation of the intelligent analysis system are mainly designed, aiming at the background update and foreground extraction of the intelligent analysis module of the core part of the system. Optical flow calculation, energy calculation and other technical difficulties are introduced in detail. Based on these implementation schemes, the alarm line detection module is analyzed and designed. The implementation of the fast moving detection module and the violence detection module overcomes the technical limitations and solves the problem of the deployment of the intelligent analysis system in the prison. The paper then introduces the testing situation of the system after installation, especially enumerates the various application tests of the intelligent analysis system. At present, the system runs normally and achieves the expected goal. Finally, the paper summarizes the implementation of the system, thinks that the system has good social and economic benefits and value, will become a development direction of prison monitoring technology in the future, and makes some thoughts on the next work.
