【摘要】:近年來,日趨嚴(yán)峻的大氣污染問題引起了人們的強(qiáng)烈關(guān)注。工業(yè)廢氣是產(chǎn)生大氣污染的主要原因,凈化工業(yè)廢氣這一現(xiàn)實(shí)需求催生了空氣凈化行業(yè)的興起。應(yīng)用于工業(yè)廢氣凈化的設(shè)備需要及時(shí)了解凈化效果,從而判斷凈化裝置是否滿足要求、工作狀態(tài)是否正常等。因此針對具體凈化裝置設(shè)計(jì)凈化效果監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有十分重要的意義。 本學(xué)位論文的目的是研制一個(gè)適用于氣體濃度分布不均勻、外界環(huán)境參數(shù)變化大的多功能環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),能夠測量某工業(yè)廢氣凈化設(shè)備進(jìn)出口處二氧化硫與二氧化氮的濃度,同時(shí)能夠提供溫度、濕度等相關(guān)參數(shù)信息。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.針對系統(tǒng)的適用環(huán)境要求提出了多傳感器集成方法,并根據(jù)此方法研制了探測節(jié)點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上將探測節(jié)點(diǎn)與無線通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程控制; 2.完成了系統(tǒng)測控軟件的研制,包括傳感器信號采集與處理程序、通訊程序及中心控制平臺(tái)軟件; 3.針對系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種含有溫控裝置的便攜式工作箱; 4.完成了相關(guān)研究性實(shí)驗(yàn)與功能驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)能夠克服外界溫度變化對其性能的影響及氣體濃度分布不均勻?qū)ζ錅y量結(jié)果的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the increasingly serious atmospheric pollution problem has aroused strong concern. The industrial exhaust is the main causes of air pollution, purifying the realistic demand of industrial waste gas has spawned the rise of air purification industry. Applied to industrial waste gas purification equipment needs to understand the purification effect, in order to determine the purification device meets the requirements, working condition whether it is normal. So according to the specific design of the purification effect of purification device monitoring system has very important significance.
This thesis is to develop a suitable gas concentration distribution is not uniform, multifunctional environmental monitoring system of environment parameters to measure the concentration of a large, industrial waste gas purification equipment import and export of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide, at the same time can provide the temperature, humidity and other parameters related information. The main contents are as follows:
1., a multi-sensor integration method is put forward according to the applicable environmental requirements of the system. Based on this method, a detection node is developed. Based on this, the detection node is integrated with the wireless communication network to achieve remote control of the system.
2. complete the development of the system measurement and control software, including the sensor signal acquisition and processing program, the communication program and the central control platform software.
3. in view of the practical application demand of the system, a portable working box with temperature control device is designed.
4. completed related research and functional verification experiments. The experimental results show that the system can overcome the influence of external temperature changes on the performance and the influence of uneven gas concentration distribution on the measurement results.
