【摘要】:進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)的不斷發(fā)展及用戶要求的日益提高為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的管理帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,保證端到端的網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能成為管理的核心。隨著下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演進(jìn),各種應(yīng)用層出不窮,實(shí)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù)(如VoIP,電話會(huì)議,多媒體遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)和視頻點(diǎn)播等)相繼出現(xiàn),這使得保證端對(duì)端的服務(wù)質(zhì)量成為下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理的關(guān)鍵。另一方面,支持面向業(yè)務(wù)的特征成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理的發(fā)展趨勢。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的正常工作并不能保證業(yè)務(wù)的正常運(yùn)行,而用戶更關(guān)心業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量,這使得以設(shè)備為關(guān)注對(duì)象的傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)管已不能滿足網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的需求。另外,網(wǎng)絡(luò)及業(yè)務(wù)的最終目的是為了保證通信以滿足用戶的需求,從而獲取更大效益。而這些都要求了面向業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能進(jìn)行管理成為必然。本文基于下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),以網(wǎng)絡(luò)中運(yùn)行的業(yè)務(wù)為管理核心,提出了一個(gè)面向業(yè)務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能管理架構(gòu)。該架構(gòu)從業(yè)務(wù)、服務(wù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)三個(gè)層面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合性能研究,其主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括:1.制定了高層告警定義的機(jī)制。實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)行,并收集用戶感知信息,通過神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)建立客戶滿意度到業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)之間的映射關(guān)系模型,從而分析在不同業(yè)務(wù)性能下,業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)對(duì)客戶滿意度的影響權(quán)重。根據(jù)這些權(quán)重及具體的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行狀況,我們制定一套定義高層告警的機(jī)制。2.提出了面向業(yè)務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能管理架構(gòu)。在定義高層告警的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合背景項(xiàng)目中的模糊關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘模塊及下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理機(jī)制,提出面向業(yè)務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能管理架構(gòu)。該架構(gòu)建立起端對(duì)端的網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能與高層指標(biāo)的聯(lián)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)從業(yè)務(wù)角度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能進(jìn)行管理。3.建立了一個(gè)在線的視頻服務(wù)系統(tǒng)來驗(yàn)證方案的可行性。基于SOA架構(gòu),我們建立了一個(gè)分布式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。校園網(wǎng)用戶可以接入服務(wù),進(jìn)行查詢、下載及欣賞音樂或視頻,并隨時(shí)為服務(wù)打分。業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能參數(shù)通過總線服務(wù)傳送到服務(wù)器上,從而我們可以對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析并驗(yàn)證我們的管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the continuous development of the network architecture and the increasing requirements of users have brought new challenges to the management of the network. With the evolution of the next generation network, various applications emerge in end-to-end, real-time services (such as VoIP, teleconferencing). Multimedia distance learning and video-on-demand (VOD) have emerged, which makes end-to-end quality of service become the key of the next generation network management. Supporting business-oriented features has become the trend of network management. Because the normal operation of network equipment can not guarantee the normal operation of the business, users are more concerned about the quality of the service. This makes the traditional network management which takes the equipment as the object of concern can not meet the needs of the network development. In addition, the ultimate purpose of the network and business is to ensure communication to meet the needs of users. In order to achieve greater benefits, and these requirements for business-oriented network performance management become inevitable. This paper based on the next generation network architecture, with the network running business as the management core. This paper presents a service-oriented network performance management architecture, which monitors the network from three aspects: service, service and network, so as to achieve comprehensive performance research. The main innovation points include: 1. The mechanism of defining high-level alarm, real-time monitoring the operation of business, and collecting user perception information. The mapping relationship model between customer satisfaction and business index is established through neural network system, and then it is analyzed under different business performance. The impact of business indicators on customer satisfaction. According to these weights and specific business performance. We develop a set of mechanisms to define high-level alarm. 2. A service-oriented network performance management architecture is proposed, which is based on the definition of high-level alarm. Combined with the fuzzy association rule mining module and the next generation network management mechanism in the background project, a business-oriented network performance management architecture is proposed, which establishes the relationship between the end-to-end network performance and the high-level indicators. The implementation of network performance management from the business point of view. 3. Established an online video service system to verify the feasibility of the scheme. Based on the SOA architecture. We have set up a distributed service system. Campus network users can access services, query, download and enjoy music or video. Business metrics and network performance parameters are transmitted to the server through the bus service, so that we can analyze these data and verify our management system.
