【摘要】:物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被稱為繼PC機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之后信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程中的又一次技術(shù)革命。智能家居是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域之一,智能家居是在居民住宅或辦公場(chǎng)所中安裝多種設(shè)備,為用戶提供快捷、舒適、安全的生活或工作環(huán)境的測(cè)控系統(tǒng)。環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是智能家居的重要組成部分,為了實(shí)時(shí)采集室內(nèi)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)和無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)以達(dá)到智能控制的目的,,本文基于ZigBee技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能家居環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。 首先,通過對(duì)比分析幾種常見的短距離無線通信技術(shù),選擇將ZigBee無線通信技術(shù)應(yīng)用到智能家居中。在分析市場(chǎng)上幾種智能家居總體解決方案優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,基于項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際需求,制定了一套智能家居總體解決方案,并分析了環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)在智能家居中的作用。 其次,選取CC2530片上系統(tǒng)作為主芯片,選取DS18B20作為溫度傳感器,選取On9658作為光照強(qiáng)度傳感器。確定了器件選型后,按照功能模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思想,使用Altium Designer6.9完成了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)硬件主要由ZigBee無線通信模塊、傳感器模塊、串口通信模塊以及其他輔助模塊構(gòu)成。采用結(jié)構(gòu)化程序設(shè)計(jì)思想,基于Z-Stack協(xié)議棧,在IAR集成開發(fā)環(huán)境下配合SZ_EMU仿真器完成了系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì),程序主要功能是通過協(xié)議解析,完成設(shè)備入網(wǎng)、復(fù)位、退網(wǎng)以及采集室內(nèi)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)和無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的工作。 最后,搭建試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。先對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,包括ZigBee通信測(cè)試,設(shè)備入網(wǎng)、復(fù)位及退網(wǎng)測(cè)試,傳感器采集數(shù)據(jù)和無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試。再對(duì)系統(tǒng)的整體性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)將采集的超過設(shè)定閾值的室內(nèi)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給網(wǎng)關(guān),網(wǎng)關(guān)通過判斷接收到的環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)后給前端控制器發(fā)命令實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)空調(diào)以及燈的智能控制。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)能夠完成預(yù)定的功能,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The Internet of things is called the PC, the Internet after a revolution of technology development in the information industry. Home Furnishing intelligence is one of the main applications of the Internet of things, intelligent Home Furnishing is installed on a variety of equipment in residential or office space, to provide users with fast, comfortable, safe control system of living or working environment the environmental data acquisition system is an important part of the intelligent Home Furnishing, in order to collect the indoor environment data and wireless data transmission in order to achieve the purpose of intelligent control, this paper ZigBee technology to design and realize the intelligent data acquisition system based on Home Furnishing environment.
First of all, through the comparative analysis of several common short-range wireless communication technology, select the ZigBee wireless communication technology is applied to intelligent Home Furnishing. In the analysis of the market on the basis of several intelligent Home Furnishing solves all the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme, based on the actual requirements of the project, developed a set of intelligent Home Furnishing overall solution, and analyze the effect of environmental data in the intelligent acquisition system in Home Furnishing.
Secondly, select CC2530 system on chip as the main chip, the DS18B20 is chosen as the temperature sensor, the On9658 is chosen as the light intensity sensor. The selection of devices, according to the design idea of modularization, the use of Altium Designer6.9 to complete the hardware design of the system, the system hardware is mainly composed of ZigBee wireless communication module, sensor module, a serial port the communication module and other auxiliary modules. Using a structured program design method based on Z-Stack protocol stack, the IAR integrated development environment with the SZ_EMU simulator software system design is completed, the main function of program is completed through protocol analysis, network equipment, network back reset, and collecting the indoor environment data and wireless data transmission.
Finally, the experiment platform of environmental data acquisition system was tested. The various functional modules of the system were tested, including ZigBee communication test, network equipment, reset and back network test, sensor data acquisition and wireless data transmission test. Then the overall performance of the system was tested, the indoor environment data transmission environment the data acquisition system to collect more than a set threshold to the gateway, gateway environment data by judging the received command to the front controller to realize intelligent air conditioning and lamp control. The test results show that the environmental data acquisition system can accomplish the intended functions. It has a high practical value.
