【摘要】：為滿足市場對超薄廣角手機鏡頭的需求,用光學設(shè)計軟件Zemax設(shè)計了一款800萬像素超薄廣角手機鏡頭。該手機鏡頭由4片非球面塑料透鏡和1片紅外濾波片組成。它的總長為3.6 mm、最大視場角為82°、F數(shù)為2.1、畸變小于2%。圖像采集元件采用的是美國Omni Vision公司生產(chǎn)的一款型號為OV8858的互補金屬氧化物半導體(CMOS),每個像素大小為1.12 mm,奈奎斯特頻率為446 lp/mm,最大像素為800萬,最大像高為4.57 mm。設(shè)計結(jié)果顯示,在1/2奈奎斯特頻率處的調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)(MTF)均大于0.25,TV畸變小于1%,成像質(zhì)量好。公差分析結(jié)果較松,易于生產(chǎn)加工。并用光學系統(tǒng)分析軟件ASAP分析雜散光,其結(jié)果可被接受。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the market demand for ultra thin and wide angle mobile phone, an optical design software Zemax is used to design a 8 million pixel ultra thin wide-angle mobile phone lens. The mobile phone is made up of 4 aspherical plastic lenses and 1 pieces of infrared filter. Its total length is 3.6 mm, the maximum field angle is 82 degrees, the number of F is 2.1, and the distortion is less than 2%. The image acquisition element is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) produced by Omni Vision company in the US. The size of each pixel is 1.12 mm, the Nyquist frequency is 446 lp/mm, the maximum pixel is 8 million, and the maximum image height is 4.57 mm. The design results show that the modulation transfer function (MTF) at the 1/2 Nyquist frequency is more than 0.25, the TV distortion is less than 1%, and the imaging quality is good. The result of tolerance analysis is looser, and it is easy to produce and process. The optical system analysis software ASAP is used to analyze the stray light, and the results can be accepted.
